Absolutely amazing service beautiful product for our hand made van customer service delivery and help and support all excellent would give 10 stars if a I could highly recommend.

What an amazing company to deal with. From the moment I requested a quote, I found myself in an email exchange with the most helpful people. They were checking my order, querying things which didn't look right and leading me through the process to get the two cushions (non standard templates) I needed. Because they were responding to my emails so quickly, the whole process was completed quickly and my order went in. I am truly thrilled with the results and the two cushions I've received. It's very rare to see this level of customer liaison and I would 100% recommend them.

They stuck two bits of foam together to form a seat cushion for my sofa. The glue didn't hold so now I have a seat with a trough in the middle. Only half of my sofa is now useable and it looks unsightly !
The cushion is not fit for purpose but they have ignored my contact with them so I will need to get someone professional to do it properly.

Great company, good customer service and communication and great foam inserts for my garden furniture. The customer service team were very knowledgeable and helpful in what foam to choose and there is a lot of choice. The foam I've received is perfect (different foam for seat cushions vs back rest cushions) and I was able to send my cushion covers to them to ensure the sizes I'd measured were right, which was very reassuring. I had no idea what I needed and they guided me with my order. Very happy!

This is our 2nd time using Foam and Covers, initially we had cushions made for bench seating, these were really excellently made and I was looking to purchase a Bolster and Cushion to match. The team were extremely helpful on sizing and design match to complement the existing seating design. Items arrived within specified time limit which is as expected when working with quality hand made items.

Fabulous service and product. I am so pleased with my cushion which was not an easy shape to produce but it fits perfectly. Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend this service.

I placed an order for bespoke cushions for the window sill in one of our offices. The fabric that I wanted was out of stock so they tried to come up with a solution. The first option did not work for me as I wanted that specific fabric. They then went above and beyond to get the fabric sourced from somewhere else and the cushions arrived a lot earlier than the original date promised.
The quality of the window sill cushions is really high and a lot more affordable than the places we tried locally.
Communication was really good and quick.

Just received our cushions and we are absolutely delighted with them. The service was excellent, with queries being responded to extremely promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Foam & covers made seat cushions for our campervan conversion. I provided sketches of what was required. The cushions fit perfectly, especially considering there were some complicated cut-outs, etc.
We are extremely pleased with the results - excellent job.

After an initial issue, Wayne from Foam and Covers acted so promptly with a new set of covers!!!! They are so beautifully made and add a sense of authenticity to our tradition bar area. I could not be happier with the finished item and would highly recommend Foam and Covers to any one out there the service is 1st Class!

This was my first time ordering made to measure cushions for a bespoke curved fitted dining seat. As the seat was curved I had to send in templates. I didn't hear from them for a week and so I chased about getting a quote.

After I paid, I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks and so I contacted them (3-4 weeks was the estimated delivery time). So I paid on 11th May and I got the cushions on 27th June (about 6 weeks in total). I did not receive a text about the delivery and so I was lucky I was in today when they arrived, although I was notified that I should get a text.

I am saying a negative about the delivery and communication but I would much prefer this to be an issue than the actual product.

The seats fit like a glove and were of very high quality, which to me is the main thing that matters. All in all, I would go with Foam and Covers again if I was in no rush.

I ordered a bespoke cushion and cover for a church pew, which we use at the dining table. I also ordered some plain single cushion covers to match. The company could not have been more helpful in advising with regard to the cushion comfort and the choice of fabrics of which there is an amazing selection.! Additionally, I was hoping to receive my cushions before the Easter weekend, which was pushing the time to its absolute minimum. They must have worked extremely hard because the cushions arrived in time for the whole family to sit down comfortably for the Easter Sunday meal. I couldn’t recommend them more highly

Great website that allows you to get multiple bespoke quotes until you’re ready to place your order. Very happy with the quality and service. Wide choice of fabrics, colours and finishes. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend. A professional company with a family owned feel.

We have just taken delivery of our large bench cushion and have to tell you how pleased we are with it. Fit and finish absolutely perfect. We were a bit apprehensive ordering over the internet but this really wasn't a problem. That said we measured and remeasured many times to make sure everything was right but it was worth it. Thanks!
