I ordered teardrop tilly. Did not receive her but did received one. I have been emailing the company since with no response. They say its weighted as well. It is not. Not a happy customer right now

Flump bean bag for outdoor use.
Cant wait to be able to use it outside, meanwhile comfortable extra seat inside.
Just waiting for the arguments as to who sits in it

Was quoted 7 days at checkout but had to chase up twice and ended up being more than 3 weeks. I understand that its a busy time for them and maybe they were busier than expected but they made no effort to contact me to inform me about the delay and i firmly believe they wouldnt have if i didnt chase them (twice).
If it was on time, or id at least had unprompted communication from them, id have rated them a 5 as the products are of excellent quality

Love Flump cushions have 8 now. Fantastic colour so bright and cheerful. Service is first rate . Always deliver really quickly and very well made .

I chased my order as there was no email confirmation to be told that it was being processed and I would receive an email when ready for despatch. Then received exactly that mere hours later. Coincidence or originally forgotten? The package itself was a huge sack- for 2 blankets excessive (a rushed job to get it out quick?) and the blankets themselves had no packaging- practically slung in a bag. The quality was not what I expected either as the blankets already had bits of the lining all over them. These are gifts too so I wasn’t the happiest of customers on receipt.

My granddaughter absolutely loves her flump. She enjoyed choosing the colour that would go with her newly decorated bedroom.

Bought this Flump beanbag for my sister who has MS, She reports its amazingly comfortable and well made, and is making a difference helping her to find a little comfort with her condition. If at all possible, I would like to see Flump manufacture a extra large version, as I'd buy that for my sister too. Thanks for making a difference FLUMP.

I like the pattern and the fact it's waterproof.

I bought 2 of the large flumps for my kids . These are super comfy and look great in their rooms.

I am pleased with the product but we waited 3 weeks for delivery, i emailed and messaged the company with no reply. I contacted them by phone and eventually got the issues resolved (no invoice/confirmation sent out, lack of communication, couldn't find the order).
