The worst experience I have ever had

The worst experience I have ever had. I placed an order for my engagement shoot and it got canceled. Then I was told to replace it when it was back in stock so I did, I ordered two dresses. They first off sent the wrong dress , and when I emailed in to return it they told me to wait for the second dress before initiating the return. That is exactly what I did even though the second took forever to come in, and once that came in I reached back out to start the return and they DENIED THE RETURN AND REFUND! Not only for the second dress that did NOT fit well, but for an INCORRECT dress sent. They are the worst company to deal with, do NOT order here!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I saw 3 stars and took my chances and I’m out $80. I ordered a dress for my engagement photos and it took over 3 weeks to ship. I reached out multiple times and didn’t hear back for weeks when I finally heard back they sent me a sketchy tracking number that didn’t show me where it was moving. It was finally delivered, except it was delivered to a completely different STATE! I live in ND and it was delivered to NY? Was told by the support team to “check with my neighbors” sure let me just drive multiple states over to find my package. It’s a complete scam do not take your chances!

I had a mixed experience with House of…

I had a mixed experience with House of Fleur Interiors. While their designs are impressive, delivery was delayed and communication inconsistent. Initially, it was a struggle to get responses, but issues were eventually resolved through persistence. Their customer service could improve significantly, but I appreciate the quality of the product once it finally arrived. Four stars.

AWFUL FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Nothing you order here will arrive as expected. Maybe the dress will be the same color but the style will not match what’s advertised in any way. Garbage products! Run from this site

FALSE ADVERTISING

The products they advertise are not even remotely close to wha they ship. And customer service will acknowledge the product doesn’t match the product and still not refund you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

SCAM

SCAM! The materials are cheap and one of the dresses I purchased looks nothing like the photos on their website. They are made in china, fast fashion NOT worth the price. The products come in cheap plastic packaging with no tags. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I ordered a mirror from House of Fleur and several weeks later was told there was not enough stock to fulfill my order. It has been a month now with no sign of a refund, no replies to my emails and no contact number to call. Absolutely criminal!

I contacted House of Fleur in September…

I contacted House of Fleur in September and had contact with them for a week regarding a faulty chair.

Then no contact at all I have called several times and emailed several times but they do not return emails or answer the phone.

I find it shocking and unprofessional.

Let’s see how quick they are to respond when they see I have made a review!

So upset with this company

So upset with this company. They are not replying to my emails concerning the non arrival of the refund initiated on 2nd October. I feel this is rude and I will not deal with this company again. My order was placed on 13th August but 3 weeks later they told me it was out of stock and after emails going back and forth, they finally said they would refund - but this hasn’t happened! I have finally applied to my credit card under Section 75 to get my money back. So prospective customers - BEWARE!!

Terrible company

They were supposed to deliver my goods on two different occasions and I had time off work to take delivery.
Both times goods never came.
I’ve been sending emails but they can’t be bothered to sort it .
Just want my money back now .

House of fluer customer service is bad so that the minute you write a bad review about them, they come on trust pilot to respond back to you. Why didn’t they respond to my emails? They never answered or return my calls at all. People stay away from this company they tell the same story about disputes with delivery’s driver. But your product will never show get delivered. Hands down this worst experience ever. They have taken people money and never return it

I bought a dining table set on the 1st August. We are now on the 11th October and I have still not received my order. The company is ignorant, rude and the most unprofessional company I have ever had pleasure of ordering from. I am so glad I paid through a third party so I can get my money back. They have gave me SEVERAL delivery dates including today and I cannot get in touch with them. They are a firm of fraudsters who put fake reviews on for likes. I would never order from them again, this is the first review I have ever had to make and bad at that but Boy do they deserve it!! I was never one to look at reviews but I will from now on.

Hi Carrie, i am very sorry that your order was not delivered yesterday and that you have had a longer than expected wait. We have recently had problems with our logistics company and this is shown in our recent reviews. We did advise you that the chairs that you wanted were out of stock and offered you multiple other options. We also tried to deliver the item to you however you were on holiday. I have checked and can see that you have sent emails in yesterday however we are trying to work through our email box and it does take time due to customers sending in multiple emails and not allowing us time to resolve. With regards to receiving a refund, you paid via our 0% APR finance option, just to make you aware that as a business we do not receive any funds from the finance company until the order is delivered to you and we can present the finance company with a proof of delivery, this is the same if a customer pays via Klarna. I am very sorry that you have not had the best experience, we are now working on improving our logistics company and deliveries. Your finance has been fully cancelled. Kind regards House of Fleur

I did not receive my order.

I did not receive my order.

I placed my order in August and received an email informing me my order was ready and waiting for the delivery company to uplift, I should expect a text message. I emailed them after two weeks and they apologised, apparently issues with delivery company and had changed to a new pallet delivery company. I would have my item by the end of the week. It never arrived and no information. Another email another date and another fail to show delivery.

I cancelled my order as I was past the 30 day legal time frame and asked for a full refund.
This did get a reaction as I made them aware my solicitor was getting involved if they didn't respond and they would be liable for any cost incurred.
I actually had an email this morning at 5am with refund confirmation and another apologie. I was informed my item had actually been uplifted by the pallet company but they had smashed it.

Anyway that is my story and I would not recommend this company.

You have been warned.

Good to know Klarna operates this way.
Explains why a reviewer further down is still waiting on her refund from yourselves.

I bet she wishes she had paid this way now and had less stress chasing her money.

We did send your order out on a pallet service delivery however as you know it was unfortunately damaged as this can happen. As you paid with Klarna you are entitled to a refund at any time and can easily make an immediate refund claim. With Klarna payments we do not receive any funds until the item is delivered to you and we can offer proof of delivery. I am sorry once again, we are currently working on our logistics department and will have a new delivery partner soon. Kind regards HOF
