It’s a scam, I spent 600 euros and 6 months later nothing arrived and they never answered.

Avoid using this company at all costs.

We ordered (and payed for) furniture from them and never got it, despite multiple emails to them.

I had to file a claim with my bank to get the money reimbursed.

Bought 6 lamps for a project in September and never arrived, spent more that 2k€ and have no product, contact, company doesn't reply to emails.
It's a SCAM and a FRAUD!

The Directors of the company already have seen a winding up order against another company they started which is now in administration. With this new venture they have not delivered our purchase for over three months, they promised to repay, yet no longer reply. We will be taking action to wind this company up.

No product, no response when contact the company. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO SPENDING YOUR MONEY.

Have this company gone bust?!!! Be very wary before ordering. Spent nearly £1k on a coffee table back in June! Nearly 5 months later and no sign of any further communication from the company

This company is scam. I ordered furniture worth of 2,000 GBP back in March and they were supposed to deliver by the end of May. They never delivered them. I had to email them 20+ times and threaten legal action against the owners and their legal entity (Casey & Cowe Ltd.) in order for them to send me my money back on September 15.

I ordered chairs to arrive in April or May latest. It is now end of August and after chasing Arkossa weekly ever since they have completely failed to provide any kind of update or even a reply to my emails. Sadly I am now assuming I have been scammed by this company.

Ordered a coffee mug. After a month waiting time it still hasn't arrived. Moreover, I never received a tracking link and the company is non-responsive on social media or per e-mail.

I am thoroughly pleased with my recent furniture purchase through this website. From the get-go, the website caught my eye and made the shopping experience seamless. It’s evident that a lot of thought had gone into curating this online experience.

Their customer service is commendable. Any questions I had were swiftly answered by the responsive customer support team.

For anyone in search of quality, affordability and convenience, I wholeheartedly recommend this site.

We place an order in February for a coffee table which was due no later than 9 April. It was finally delivered on 22 April, but was damaged - not in transit, but in production, and was shipped in a damaged state. After much too-ing and fro-ing on email, Arkossa eventually told us pm 1 May they would refund the money in full. It’s been three weeks and no refund, and they don’t reply to emails now.

We placed an order on April 19th to be told it would be delivered by May 16th. Without any communication and us having to follow up twice we are now told it was not shipped on 6th May as expected and now on the website it is showing anything between May24th to June 18th. Lack of communication and lack of product.

I ordered a few of the 'Adriana' pendant lights in different sizes and I'm literally in love with them. They're just gorgeous over my kitchen island and then arrived so well packaged. Will definitely be looking to order more!

I found Arkossa on Instagram and fell in love with their products. Ended buying the ball cushion and it's exactly what I've been looking for for months!
