I have bought for 22 usd flip flops and I never got a confirmation. The money is paid by my visa card. I have sent already 3 mail send no reaction at all. Also there is no phone number to reach them . So everybody’s here, pay attention if you want to buy here

No reply to 4 of my emails items have not arrived!!!! Been nearly 3 weeks since i ordered £40 of flip flops dont buy from this website!!!!!

I wish I could give them fewer stars. I ordered a pair of flip flops mid February, they charged me straight away and they have yet to arrive. I have contacted them no fewer than 6 times via email, phone, and on their online messaging system and no one has ever answered me or returned my emails. I have had to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card to try to get my money back.

I love Havaianas but I have ordered from this store and paid my money (plus extra for express shipping) and haven’t even received an email, let alone my flip flops. I emailed to follow up and have still got no reply. This site is a scam.

I have placed an order, made payment and got confirmation email but after that I do not manage to get feedback about the status of my order - only got an email address but not reply. any advise or help in this regard will be appreciated??

BUYER BEWARE!!! This store is a front. They take your money create a shipping label and never send you merchandise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They have no contact info for you to get in touch with them. It is a scam.

No order confirmation email. Payment taken from account. Phone number on bank transaction reference does not exist. No reply to query via "contact us" form. No response to emails sent to "sales at flopstore dot com".

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES

Same as others on here. I haven't recieved my order and no response to my correspondence. I now think it's a scam

SCAM ALERT.
Thankfully I screenshot my order as I have received NO EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE. I emailed asking for confirmation email... no reply. I emailed again with evidence of my order requesting some form of reply... still nothing! Looks like a scam sadly, so contacting my credit card company for help!

Item not arrived after 5 weeks.
I even paid extra for faster delivery.
No customer support number available.
Emailed twice, no response.
Guess my money is gone.
Probably a scam.

I made an order 6 weeks ago which has not been shipped yet, i have contacted sales and support by e-mail and contact form half a dozen times but no answer. and of course, no phone number to contact them, just electronic. I am trying to cancel the order or i will have to block my card, super shopping experience....

I Ordered a pair of slops on the 7th of December. I heard nothing back, sent message after message. Eventually I was given a tracking number. The tracking number didn't exist with the courier.
Someone eventually got back to me and said the parcel is lost, can they re-order. I said yes, and to date I have heard absolutely nothing! I have sent messages, mails etc. Of course there isn't a telephone number to phone a human being!!!!!

SCAN!!!!!! POLICE!!! 💥💥💥 They made a website in the UK but they are based in USA. Thieves!!!!!!!!! ☠️ ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ We ordered two pairs of flip flops and they never arrived. They didn’t send shipping number and they never responded any email we sent to them. 😡

UPDATE 5 March - Still nothing from these shysters, literally they are thieves, stealing money given for products and postage they never send, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they give online retail a terrible name but not to worry california consumer protection will be knocking on the door very soon. UPDATE 8 FEB 21....Still no goods or responses to email, had to report them to the Bureau of Customer Protection, these thieves shouldn't be allowed to trade. If you want the bureaus address please let me know. It’s been almost 6 weeks since i placed an order and still no sign of the flips. Contacted them last week to find out where they were - they didn’t know and would try to find out! Now they are not accepting my newest email. Please think twice about using these guys, you may be very disappointed. Just more people cashing in during lockdown.

I purchased and paid for an order with this company and they never refunded my money and never sent my order. I paid $65.00 including $15.41 in shipping. Despite repeated emails asking the company to respond to my inquiries, I have not received a refund or anything other than vague emails about how my order is 'being looked into' which it clearly is not. This company does not care for customer service and is stealing money from anyone who orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!

this is a scam - ordered 1 pair on 19th Jan - monies deducted from CC same day - till today no sign or shipping confirmation let alone the flipflops......
