For what’s supposed to be a ‘luxury’ brand, Anine Bing’s product quality is horrible. I bought a T-shirt for $120 that arrived with holes in it. It had obviously been worn prior to me receiving it. They made the return steps seem easy but here it is over a month and a half later and I still have not received my refund. I have reached out to customer non-service several times and keep getting told “your refund will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.” Originally I was told as soon as they received the shirt and inspected it, my refund would be immediate. So disappointing to find out this company is a sham. I will never buy anything from them again.

Guys, please don’t order anything from Anine Bing. They do not allow returns on sale items, and this is not clearly communicated during the purchasing process. I have never experienced such horrible customer care. Can you imagine being so greedy and deceptive?😞

If I could give 0stars I would. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Despite the product being expensive, its condition was terrible. The product arrived in horrible condition as if it had already been worn so I sent them photos, but they responded—almost as if they were doing me a favor—that they could only offer a 10% refund and that I should either return the item or accept the 10%. I never want to buy from this brand again. I am extremely disappointed. It seems clear that this is a brand run by an influencer who gained fame and is now obsessed with making money, selling cheap-quality clothing at high prices. I will never buy from this brand again. They market themselves as if they’re a high-end luxury label, but in reality, both the product quality and the way the company is run feel cheap.
One Star Is Too Generous
If there was an option to give zero stars, this company would deserve it. One star feels like a reward — and they’ve earned nothing but frustration.
It took six weeks for my order to arrive, and I still haven’t received my refund for an unopened item I sent straight back. Their own policy says refunds within 7 business days. I’ve been left waiting, chasing, and getting nothing but silence.
Looking at other reviews, I see I’m far from alone. Delays, excuses, unanswered emails — it’s a pattern, not a mistake.
This isn’t just poor service, it’s shocking. Never again.

Incredibly soft leather and comfortable
I ordered a pair of sandals that were very elegant and incredibly comfortable, with soft leather. Unfortunately, the design around the toes had an odd shape, which made my feet look longer. I decided to return them and received a refund. Hopefully, my next purchase will be more successful.
Poor quality on more than one occasion
I purchased a pair of shearling mules (£300+) and upon arrival one had clearly been worn and was in bad condition. I requested a refund (sent pics) and was sent a return label. The refund was carried out. They didn’t really have much choice after seeing the pictures. They were not apologetic and thought they were doing me a favour for allowing the refund to happen. Clearly no quality control was carried out.
I then purchased leggings and a crop top and the Anine Bing label was already peeling off the leggings as I took them out of the packaging. It will be off in no time, so I’m sending back. Basic sweatshirts and t-shirts is the only thing I’ve not had trouble with. It’s a shame as I like the designs but for the price tag, they should be made better.
Badly made
I purchased a 450 euro bag.The bottom of the bag was not attached to anything, making it extremely uncomfortable to carry anything inside. It takes nothing to do it but it adds value. I had to sew it up myself. If you claim to have good quality you need yo live up to your stated standards. I am very disappointed

I’m very disappointed with the customer service from this so-called luxury brand. After returning an item, it has been three weeks since they confirmed receipt, yet I’m still waiting for my refund.
At the time of purchase, a discount was being offered on Instagram but not on the website—so I ended up paying full price. This feels misleading and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, emails go unanswered and the chatbot provides no real assistance. This experience is unacceptable and falls far below the standard expected from a premium brand.
Unprofessional customer support Anine Bing
The so called luxury brand Anine Bing has a terrible customer support. I bought jewelery in the webshop of Anine Bing, but first they sent the order to there own PO BOX in The Hague instead of my home address as mentioned in my order. It takes days before they customer support office understand the mistake they have made. Instead to solve the wrong delivery they say it is not possible to send the order again to the correct address. And when I mention the jewelery where a birthday gift, they are only sorry, but don't solve the problem by sending the order again to the correct address. They say I will receive a refund as soon the package arrive in there warehouse. I'am still waiting for the refund of my payment (January, 18 2025). It takes already more than three weeks and I haven't received any refund nor a new sending of my order. For a luxury brand like this, the customer support is truly embarassing. I have never experienced anythin like this before.

I ordered a top on 5 December, arrived nearly 3 weeks later and now 4 weeks after refund not actioned
I ordered a top on 5 December, money taken from account on 7 December and item did not arrive until 20 December and as it had been a present for someone I had to return it, as it arrived so late. Return was sent on 21 December, and today 17 January I still have no refund. Keep getting scripted replies saying I have to wait for the item to arrive in their warehouse, however I can see it was sent to them on 23 December by carrier. I had opened a case with Paypal, but Anine Bing advised I close it as it would delay refund, but still nothing.
Anine Bing have had €200 for 6 weeks and still have not refunded me.

Extremely disappointed with how Anine Bing handles quality issues and customer service. I purchased a pair of boots that were defective after ONE wear, and instead of standing behind their product, they gave me the runaround for weeks. I had to pay out of pocket just to send their defective boots back because their return label wasn’t even usable. And guess what? They refused to reimburse me for that cost. For a ‘premium’ brand, I expected way better. Beware if you’re shopping here—customer service is a nightmare, and you’ll be left spending more money just to fix their quality control issues.
All hype and no substance
Terrible customer service. Says it 'loves to hear from customers,' which is doubtless why it doesn't respond to emails, wont supply a phone number and doesn't accept messages on Twitter. I bought a jacket which doesn't fit but because it was a sale item, no refunds. Absolutely outrageous. Do NOT buy sale items unless you are one hundred percent sure they will be what you want. I will never use this company again.

I bought a sweatshirt from them, and it turned out to be too big. When I attempted to exchange it, they informed me that since the item was on sale, it was a final sale. However, there was no indication that it was a final sale at any point. They claimed it was mentioned in my email confirmation, but I reviewed the order email, and there is no such disclosure.
