Fantastic experience at floor street and so helpful

Sean was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He helped me choose the perfect flooring, offered the best price possible at the time, and made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free. The quality of the work was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

This company's attitude towards customers is appalling. I placed an order of West Oak Herringbone flooring based on the sample they sent me. The actual product delivered was completely different - it had a different color, a different texture, a completely different finish. I supplied multiple images showing that none of the floor boxes provided resemble the sample sent before. You would have to be blind not to see the difference. Romelo from Customer Service insists this is the same product and offers no resolution whatsover. I have now waited a week for some form of resolution while the boxes sit in an empty room delying my ability to actually use my living room. This company is a joke.

Sean has been brilliant from start to finish after us changing our mind after the samples arrived, even out of hours was there to answer any questions. The flooring we have ordered has been the best samples we have received so far considering we order from 4 different companies. The flooring samples are excellent. Will highly recommend anyone to speak to Sean as he goes out of his way to help. Will be ordering again for our next renovation

After ordering my flooring I realised that I had made a mistake with my dates.

Great customer service throughout this sale from Davinder.
He was very pleasant and easy to deal with despite loads of questions from me.
The replies were always quick and honest which led me to getting exactly the floor I wanted.

I contacted Floorstreet for some samples of herringbone flooring, Davinder contacted me straight away to arrange for the sample to be sent as they were not quite what we wanted he arranged for me and my wife to visit their showroom, on arrival even though he was busy he spent the time with us to help get the best product for our extension and dinning area he sorted the order and delivery while we were there, well done Floorstreet and especially Davinder for all your help.

I had my order in my basket ready to go. I have a 3 month old and 3 year old so got distracted whilst living at grandparents whilst our full house renovation continues.

I was somewhat confused as my basket had gone up £300 overnight and not sure why. The same welcome discount applied.

Sean put himself in my, the customers position, and did what we had to, despite the promo coming to an end, to honour the basket.

As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience he also managed to get delivery waived too.

This is my first time using Floor Street and will not be the last. This purchase was for my residential family home but I have a portfolio of BTL properties so and when new flooring is required I will be asking for Sean.

In and amongst the countless decisions we are making daily about our project, the flooring was one made with ease.

Davinder was a great help, despite him being busy with lots of customers he found the time to look after me and my partner. Really knowledgeable and informative on the different floorings we could have. Once we made our choice, I wasted no time purchasing, great value for money for a top product.

Very good service and good value for money

I have to say Sean was fantastic. I must have asked about 50 questions from 9am through to 8 pm on the night. This was consistent. He responded to every single question that I had. His service was excellent and I rate him. Great service. I would certainly ask for him again. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I haven’t received my flooring yet, but I wanted to leave a review for the amazing customer service I’ve received from Sean so far. I’ve had so many questions while trying to choose the right flooring, and Sean has been incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout.

He’s given great advice and answered all my questions. Really appreciate all the help so far and I’m looking forward to receiving the flooring!
