I placed my order and was contacted the next day to tell me that the item wasn’t available for 5-6 weeks and that they would refund me or they could offer a similar product which was more expensive for the same price.
I decided to choose the offered item which was sent to me a week later. It’s a really nice board and will look stunning when I fit it.
Their communication was excellent and the people especially Ed, were brilliant.

We used Floor Surgeons to install chevron pattern engineered wood flooring throughout the ground floor of our home and the service they have provided from start to finish was excellent.
From helping us to choose the right materials for our needs, to making sure we were happy at every stage - no hard sales tactics!!!
The fitters led by Harry were incredible and worked tirelessly to complete the project. I was most impressed that nothing was too much trouble for them, they ensured every tiny aspect was dealt with throughly and professionally.
Thank you so much - we will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend Floor Surgeons for your wood flooring.

From start to finish flooring surgeons were excellent,sina came out twice to measure has I queried some of his measurements but was all put right and Armando the floor fitting was second to none,he helped me a few times when we found a few issues with the sub floor but was all put right, excellent also in his cleanliness and manor,floor looks great , would highly recommend

We used Flooring Surgeons for new herringbone laminate throughout our lounge, dining room and conservatory. From start to finish they were brilliant - no pushy sales pitch just helpful advice and a nice showroom in Halesowen. The revised the initial quote for based on an Easter discount offer they had on their website and refunded me quickly for all unused materials. The fitter got in contact with me and came a day early to make a start as he had finished another job, which for us was great!

Job has been done really well despite being quite challenging in areas due to it being an old house with some quirky features and poor previous craftsmanship.

Wonderful company to work with. From the moment we visited the Halesowen store we knew we were in good hands. Great advice given and full price breakdown. Accommodating time frame, no question to silly if you are a first time purchaser of flooring. They answered all our questions.

The fitting itself was amazing too! over a couple of days we had everything done - the guys that came were pleasant, polite, professional and once again so helpful! Would highly reccomend this company and we will always come back here for any future flooring needs!

Well unfortunately, our experience was somewhat negative, as the floor that was before christmas, by the Flooring Surgeons - wasn't fitted properly, with due care, as there were generally gaps between the wooden flooring in the bathroom.

The concern here, was If water had penetrated through the gaps there is potential the wood have warped and or the glue became ineffective thus the wood would have become lose. We was even blamed at one point for lifting the flooring up, post installation; but had to explain to the shop it was badly fitted, thus the retailer sent another fitter round to assess the install the assessment was for a refit.

as we didnt hear any thing back from the flooring surgeons, post assessment and we raised a concerns with the company, by email, which wasnt replied to.

But, someone from the team had contcted the original Fitter, as he had called us up one day to come and do the remediation works.

Which was rejected as we

a) Were out.
b) We wasn't informed what remediation works he was planning do; as it wasn't discussed with us before hand by the business. Poor customer service.
c) No confidence in the person to rectify the situation.

Given a subsequent email was sent, and not replied to, not helped by that it was around christmas - I called made a call to the local branch, as the person that we normally spoke to wasnt there, however the person we spoke to booked another fitter to come and sort the situation out - which on the following weekend he did.

Since then, There has been no follow-up to confirm if we are happy with the remediation works, that says it all really, they dont care about customer service provision and its profit first.

The fitter who did the remediation work went above and beyond which was a rare example of exceptional customer service at the business, a payrise for that man, and a dusty bin for everyone else.

No names have been mentioned for this review, but you know who you are, but do you care ? i think not, as its profit over customer service.

I do hope there isnt a warranty issue on the install and the flooring, over the coming months.

Top job - couldn't recommend enough.

Both the fitting of the product and the product itself was high quality and expectations were met.

We’re very happy we chose Flooring Surgeons to replace the flooring in our home. The customer service was excellent. Paolo visited to take precise measurements, and we were able to select the perfect flooring in their showroom. Leo handled the installation, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. He clearly takes pride in his work, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Endless patience while we decided on the flooring that we wanted and their onsite survey and subsequent fitting were done on time and exactly as planned. We cannot fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend them.

Customer service at its best. Everything was flawless. From purchasing to levelling and the fitting. Floor was fitted by Leo, there was one small issue all resolved within 24 hours. These are the guys to use.
