Bought the product to access youtube tv…

Bought the product to access youtube tv on an older tv. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to make it work, everytime i tried, i received an error code. i followed all the suggestions through the trouble shooting guide and AI suggestions with no success.

No confirmation email

I placed an order but received no confirmation # or confirmation email. I called the support #, reached an actual person immediately and the lady helped me and resolved everything in less than 5 mins. She advised the order had indeed been placed and they had all required information. She confirmed who I was, via my email address, then emailed me with all of the information I needed. Additionally she took the time to give it to me verbally in case there were email issues or problems going forward. A+ service.

Encouraging Customer Service so far

It is encouraging to reach a live customer support agent within one minute. The agent, Chris is polite, attentive, appeared concerned for my experience and agreed to my dissatisfaction and agreed to escalate my refund request by stating I would receive an email right after the call with instructions to return the items. However there was no mention of a survey required first. Hence 4 out of 5 stars.

Your customer "help" seems great

Your customer "help" seems great! The TV Stick is not as great. It was advertised as a cheaper option to steaming subscriptions. As it turns out, all it does is turn my already "smart" TV into a smart TV. It opens some doors to streaming but none of it is free or even cheap. I already have those same doors open on my TV so your device does NOT improve my television watching pleasures one little bit.

Flixy Stick

I ordered this item on impulse, however reading reviews on Trustpilot decided it wasn't what I expected so decided to return the Flixy stick in it's unopened box the next day upon receiving & within the stipulated returns policy of 30 days. Like other reviews I was offered several partial refunds emails which I declined. I am still waiting for this company to refund me.
