Remote control not working

I initially contacted Flixy for a defective remote control. The staff was very helpful and promised a replacement which I received. But unfortunately, the replacement was also defective. I could not connect the device to the wifi because the remote control was not working. I called customer support and told them about the issue and if I was doing something wrong and the agent offered a refund if I return the items.

Received more Flixy unfortunatel sticks than ordered.

I had ordered two flex sticks and somehow I ended up with six of them. I called immediately after realizing I was charged for more than two, about 15 minutes after the purchase, and was under the understanding they would stop the extra four. They did not! I received all six of them now. I want to send back four of them. If I can’t get this done easily, I will send back all six. I was not given. A return label.

I ordered 6 tv sticks on March 11

I ordered 6 tv sticks on March 11, 2026 and just received them on April 12, 2026. I don't know what the hold up was but by the looks of the reviews there are lots of problems. I am hoping that I won't be another . Wish me good luck.

Communication has been good

Communication has been good. It’s just the product didn’t meet expectations.
Slow to respond to remote even after moving receiver to different locations.
App locations can be better for the more popular ones for easier access.

remote would not pair up with stick, there for could not get to settings so i could connect wi-fi, so nothing works, your tech could not help, he just quit talking, maybe he was lost to, lol thanks jerry

Customer service agent was attentive to…

Customer service agent was attentive to my issue and I wish the equipment was working but its not. I am sorry that I have to return the 2 FLIXY equipment that I bought (Order # 6FA5C23BA3#), and I just don't want to go through to too much work dealing with it. I just need to return both equipment and I hope you will facilitate my refund. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

I requested answer as to whether or not WiFi was necessary for item to work as expected. According to response, yes WiFi is necessary. At time of order I did not know that WiFi was necessary.

Review Update--Wanted me to keep the order of 14 flixy sticks, tho I wanted 4 originally. I was offered only $140 in credit. Want a refund for 13 sticks, keeping 1. Need a return address!.

Rose found my account fast. Advised our bank had overpaid $183.40. Also handled the return of 13 TV Sticks smoothly and quickly. Advised will have $522.68
refunded when Sticks are received. She was very pleasant to speak with and handled the call very professionally.

Bought the product to access youtube tv…

Bought the product to access youtube tv on an older tv. Unfortunately, i wasn't able to make it work, everytime i tried, i received an error code. i followed all the suggestions through the trouble shooting guide and AI suggestions with no success.
