I was very surprised that for a 4* hotel rooms were old, no fridge, poor breakfast
I was very surprised that for a 4* hotel so see how old the rooms and facilities were, also rooms had no fridge. We were with small baby and we were not even able to put a milk for her in the fridge because there was no fridge in the room. Rooms were old and not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Also when we asked for a glass of milk at the bar they have charged us 2.60 euro for not even full glass of milk. That price is unacceptable and worth a laugh.
One day we decided to rent bicycles and we heard that we had to set up the child seat ourselves. It took us 20minutes to find the bicycles and figure our how to install the seat. Secondly we found out that one of the bikes had broken breaks so we had to ask for a new bike. New bike was also not in good condition, dirty, hard to cycle. We lost almost 1h just to figure out the bikes and get at least a bit decent bike to be able to bike with a child. All this is not in the standard of 4* hotel.
Also the hotel says that breakfast is the star of the hotel and honestly except some bread, cheese and powder eggs and pancakes the hotel had nothing to offer for breakfast. All this was super disappointing and not worth the money.
Beautiful hotel directly at the water
Beautiful hotel directly at the water. Comfortable room and nice surrouding with restaurants and terrasses. Very friendly staff.
The friendliness
The friendliness, the cleanliness and the location,‘everything was just perfect.
4 pleasant days at a Fletcher Hotels.
When you choose to stay at a Fletcher Hotels you can always be sure that you get quality for your money, both services at the reception, the staff and the rooms, no doubt about that, that's why I choose a Fletcher Hotel.
Nice hotel, great location
Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff.
I need to eat gluten free, and there was gluten free bread for breakfast, and for dinner there were gluten free options to choose from.
Very beautiful place.
Very beautiful place.
Very good service and nice employees.
Very good breakfast and dinner.
Wonderful stay
We reserved a room for 4 people and we got an amzing suite. The hotel is close to the city center but in a quiet place. Wonderful stay!
Good location and clean/up to date accommodation
Good location on the edge of Roden with adequate free parking. I had a double room for single use with access to a balcony. The accommodation was clean and and well maintained. The spacious shower room had modern facilities with a good walk-in shower with non-slip floor.
The only negative is that the bar and general public access to the hotel closes at 22:00 that I thought was rather early.
A wonderful place in the middle of nature!
The hotel rooms are comfortable, you are warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, and the view is divine! It is worth visiting!
2 stars are a complement!
We stayed in the Helmond Fletcher hotel 5 nights. The first night we had to ask reception to send a cleaner because the room was very dirty, full of dust and impossible to sleep. They didn’t replace soap and toilet paper during our stay and one of the days left only one clean towel instead of two. The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows terrible and was impossible to sleep. On top of that the climate control didn’t work, it was very hot and we ended up leaving the windows open to try to cool the room, listening a constant noise from the road! No way this hotel is 4 starts, 2 will be a complement!

This was the WORST experience we've…
This was the WORST experience we've ever had with a hotel. My wife and I had booked the most expensive room to celebrate our wedding anniversary—something we were really looking forward to all week. When we arrived, we were bluntly told by the receptionist, "we overbooked the room, so you are getting downgraded." Excuse me?! No prior call, no warning—just an immediate downgrade and a pathetic offer of compensation: coupons for BITTERBALLEN. Seriously?! For missing out on a luxury, expensive room? We refused, of course.
They eventually offered a full refund and travel expenses compensation, but it took 10 days to get our money back, and the promised travel expenses never showed up. The entire experience ruined our special occasion, and honestly, even giving this place a 1-star rating feels too generous. Fletcher Hotels, you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers. We will NEVER stay at one of your hotels again and strongly urge everyone to stay far away. Absolutely disgraceful!
Perfect weekend for visiting concert and zoo
Perfect location opposite zoo and Atlas theatre, affordable carpark (10 €/day minimum) shopping opportunities next door, old part of the town about 10 minutes walk away.
Very dedicated and friendly staff from first contact at check in, breakfast, room service to bar/restaurant.
Very modern and clean rooms, comfortable bed, powerful shower
The hotel is very nice
The hotel is very nice, new and looks good. Located in a wonderful forest area, great for a walk. The breakfast is very standard, nothing special. The dinner offering is much better though.
An interesting experience .
An interesting experience, a hotel located in a picturesque area, with many things you can do. The staff is very helpful in helping you with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The room is large, arranged ok, with everything you need. You can serve a good quality coffee in the room, to start your day perfectly. The room is very clean, the room is cleaned every day. Good and varied breakfast, I didn't find anything that wasn't there. In conclusion, I had a stay that exceeded my expectations, so I recommend this hotel!
Large, smartly done, great location.
Surprisingly large, well furnished, smartly done room. Great light fixtures and switch locations, charging stations, and separate toilet from shower room, handy for a family room / any room.
Only draw back was windows could not open (safely) and airflow was controlled by large conditioning/fan unit. This was fine, untill the city had a power outage and the rest om became unbearably warm and stuffy. Guests needed to flock to lobby in the night, but staff was friendly and helpful.
Best hotel with an affordable price🥰
Never ever give your email adress to these id@ts, you never get rit of the spamming even if you unsubscribe yourself
I was in a new Fletcher hotel so the bill could not be printed. I requested to sent the bill to my email adress. Suddenly I recieved emails with SPAM which I never approved for. After complaining they would remove my email adress from the list. But it didnt happen. Under the SPAM email is an unbuscribe button, if you fill that in, you still keep recieving SPAM, if you do it 3 times, still you recieve the SPAM
