Awful experience , customer service totally unprofessional, avoid at all cost . Expensive and not helpful . Overall the worst leasing company I have ever dealt with in all my life

I was looking for a car and decided to try leasing instead of buying outright. I sent an email query to Fleetprices and had a call back the same day. Jessica was brilliant! She explained the process involved then set about finding a suitable car. The very next day Jessica got back in touch with a choice of vehicles that were suitable. I ordered a Škoda Kodiaq with her. She was always available if I had any questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Jessica kept me informed of the delivery date. Delivery was on the date promised. Driver turned up on time. Hand over was smooth and he explained most of the features on the car.
Altogether a really easy, stress free way to get yourself into a new car. Biggest credit though, goes to the fantastic Jessica.

I was trying to find a car for my partner - he originally wanted the SEAT Leon but everywhere was too expensive and for quite old models. I had one conversation with David and an order was placed. We got a SEAT Ibiza 2025 FR and it’s BEAUTIFUL! Every conversation I had with Dave was an absolute pleasure and had a good couple laughs. He’s very good at building report with customers and makes every sale personal. When this contracts over I will most definitely be going back. The whole process was very straight forward and took all the stresses out of trying to find a new car for the right price and made it all very exciting. We are absolutely over the moon! Thanks Dave!

I ordered with the help of David a skoda Octivia VRS which has arrived safely today. David was very friendly and understanding of my anxiety's of leacing for the first time and answered all my questions. I did panic when the date of delivery went into April when I was told mid March. However after contacting the company and speaking to Rochelle my panic was put as ease and I have now recieved my car which is perfect. It also had come all the way to the Highlands on a transporter after me thinking it would be driven up, so this was an extra bonus today. Thank you all for your support and understanding.

This is my second time getting a brand new Audi with Fleetprices, and once again, they were amazing from start to finish! The team was constantly in communication, keeping me updated every step of the way and always working to find the best deals.

Used spurious information to get a deal over the line, and have been totally useless since. When I asked for evidence of the original date that got me to commit to the order, they sent me a copy of a casual one line email from their so-called dealer with a smiling emoji… ignored all requests for a full data trail from the manufacturer. I paid their fee on the basis of an original delivery date of early January. Car now predicted to be 3 months later than their delivery date. The worst experience I have had across probably ten different leasing companies over the years. My advice is don’t go near them: you’ll regret it.

I cannot praise, thank or recommend Alisha and Rochelle enough! After Yes Lease closed, they took over the handling of my order. Their customer support was exceptional, I had weekly updates and with an ending lease and the risk of being without a car, I felt confident that they were doing everything on my behalf to get the new vehicle to me. I’ve dealt with many lease providers over the last 15/20 years, they’ve outshone the others by a long way.
Thank you again so much, you’ve been absolute superstars, the epitome of great customer service!

Just taken delivery of two new cars within the last week from Fleet Prices - both expertly arranged by Dale Sherlock and the support team comprising of Rochelle & Alisha.
Everything went extremely well with the orders too with Rochelle & Alisha providing regular updates and the delivery of the cars were in line with the original estimates.
Prices for the cars were very competitive and what you see on their website is what you pay.
This is the third time I have returned to place an order with Dale and I can honestly say that the customer service experience from all the team at Fleet Prices has been second to none 👍
