I can honestly say I think this company are the worst company I have ever experienced, we paid all the fees for our car they have postponed delivery 3 times with no apologies and I have had to keep chasing them, they have no idea where the car is and can’t explain why we have not received it, there poor excuse at 1.30 in the afternoon of the delivery day was that the delivery driver phoned in sick, and for me that is no excuse get someone else to deliver the car, especially as they called me at 1.30 to tell me. I had to ask for a hire car which they promised me would arrive by 6pm last night and that never arrived. No explanation why on this either.
With all this in mind I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this company they have £200 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. We paid them a £200 processing fee and they could not deliver a single thing. They agreed to refund the £200 which would of been the right thing to do considering there awful service then a few hours later they email me to say they have changed there mind and will not refund anything. The company do not call you to keep you up to date with anything, they will not take any responsibility for anything, all they do is blame other companies that you can’t speak to, you are left in the dark completely. I took a day off work as they agreed delivery on the 6/4/21 and they never did and took no responsibility for a single thing this is a shockingly poor run company and they treat there customers like you are someone else’s problem and nothing is there fault, please please be very cautious of using this company they are bad.

This is the first time I’ve used Fleetprices, normally I order direct with a dealer but they offered a better deal than I could find through dealer so I gave them a try and placed my order for a Range Rover Evoque.

Have to say it was a smooth process from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery. They kept me well informed as to progress and were quick to respond any further enquiries I had along the way.

I would certainly use them again after their faultless service this time.

Just leased my second car through Fleet Prices and it was even easier than the first time thanks to the ever patient, calm and infinitely knowledgeable Ashley Humphreys. The deals are among the best, the expertise is second to non so what is there to think about.

Have just leased a Range Rover through Andy at Fleetprices. From the start he was so helpful with the finer details. Everything run very smoothly and Andy and other member of his team were there every step of the way with making sure all paperwork was completed and the car had all the extras we required. Cannot fault this company and would definitely use them again for my next car.

Fleetprices were originally recommended to me by a friend several years ago. Having had such a positive experience with them the 1st time, it was a no brainer to use them again.

I've just taken delivery of my 2nd car arranged by Fleetprices. From start to finish Leo has been immensely helpful, guiding me through the process. Great communication every step of the way.

This has been a very satisfying process from start to delivery. The process is smooth and the timeline is well communicated and managed so you feel like you are having a very personal experience. I really can't praise Steve at Fleetprices enough. This is the first car I've leased from this company and the process throughout has been fantastic. Steve managed to get my new car to me a whole 2 months earlier than the backorder estimate. Communication has been great and Steve has been very friendly and easy to deal with.

Am I happy? Hell Yes!

Ally was very helpful and attentive in the whole process of choosing a car right upto after it was delivered ensuring each stage was managed properly. He was always there as a point of contact and was always on hand if any issues needed sorting. Couldn’t recommend him and the company enough!

Highly recommend Leo @ Fleetprices. This is the fourth car I have sourced via them and have always had professional and friendly service without the hard sell you get from others. Process has always been smooth from initial contact through to taking delivery of vehicle. Will be using again in the future.
