Absolutely abysmal service - no prints and no contact from customer services. Ordered some sewing patterns to be printed. I had an email 5 days after placing the order to say the prints had been put on hold and I needed to contact them by email for more information. I tried to contact them via the email address given but this was returned unsent and also via the regular customer service email but I had no response. Tried to contact again several weeks later via the website but again no one responded. In the end had to ask Paypal to step in and they refunded me immediately which suggests there have been problems with Flamingo Prints before as normally you have to wait to give the business time to respond.

My go to pattern printing person. Always great service, wonderful communication and prompt postage. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. I recently had a PDF sewing pattern printed, to see if it was worth it compared to printing at home. After some research I found Flamingo Prints to be the most reasonable in cost for both the printing and delivery. The website is really easy to navigate, upload to and order from and I also love that they are based in Wales. The quality is perfect and delivery timely. I will absolutely be getting all my sewing patterns printed by them from now on. Thank you Flamingo Prints!

I always use Flamingo prints. The printing is absolutely spot on. Quality of paper is great too.
But not only are the prices amazing for what you get, but how quickly your printing arrives. Once I ordered one afternoon and my patterns arrived the next morning! I don't even know how that's possible!

Flamingo are a great company.always email if a problem. They even phoned me about some patterns i wanted printed, about a problem. They are very helpful,their communication is fabulous. The quality of printing and pricing is excellent too. Turnaround is very quick normally recieve within two days after submitting. Definately recommend to friends.
