Cheep and nasty quality, really bad elastic band round the waist. Do not spend your money!!

for me replying with quick return emails is a sign of well organised company.very helpfull but the sizing could do with a bit of a new table in height verse stomach size.but other than that very happy to recomend.

Extremely responsive to myissue, and sent my replacement roll, in addition they were prompt in replying to my emails.

After ordering a jacket I found that it was much too small for me and let them know.
Almost straight away I received emails apologising and giving me options.
I decided to have a refund as I couldn't wait for a new one to arrive.
Another email informed me my money would be refunded but to keep the jacket and pass it on to a charity which I'll do.
I'm very impressed with the way this was dealt with and would use them in the future

My delivery was returned to Flamin' Fitness by the courier with no way of claiming it and once I explained my predicament, the guys looked into the case themselves, and even though their service was impeccable, they refunded the money. No other company would look after their customers so well. Five star service and attitude!!!

The product, a hand strengthener, is satisfactory and meets my needs. It was delivered in reasonable time by Royal Mail, and I was kept well informed.

OMG!!!! I got these today, fast delivery and they are super hot.. they lift your booty up and make it look so peachy. The best part for me is the fact that you can’t see my cellulite on the top of my outer thighs. They are so comfortable I literally want to wear them everyday. I am ordering some more of these bad boys… thanks so much and amazing customer service. The personal email after I purchased just to say welcome and thank you for shopping with us, was such an appreciated touch. I work as a nurse and the stretch and comfort I got from these today was amazing. They are so lightweight and can’t wait to try them out at the gym now…

Ordered the ankles support. Product is good quality and after trying at football the strap definitely gives my ankle stability. 100% recommend

What an amazing company, I ordered some trainers which unfortunately were wide for me , when I asked about returning them they told me not to bother and pass them on to charity which I have done, they have also given me a full refund. Well done flaminfitness 👏👏👏

Terrible Service delivery is awful

Don't believe anything about thier shipping rates. The order took 2 weeks to be processed and then it's not going to be delivered for another 2 weeks. The site said 7-10 days.

Good service with prompt responses. Items were delivered as expected.

Delivery was quick, shorts are a good quality and fit well. Also one of the cheapest pairs of shorts with an inner pocket that I could find online.

Order was delivered to the wrong house via royal mail tracking didn't say what house picture taken was the wrong door . Contacted flaming fitness they was no help told me to contact royal mail I've just lost £90 on a heated jacket. Won't be using again.

Unfortunately I had a problem with sizing on my order and then an issue with order history, I contacted flaminfitness by email and they were extremely responsive and helpful and my problem was resolved very quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had to return a pair of leggings and have been giving a full refund. It has taken a little longer, but this is due to it being xmas week.

Flamin Fitness provided excellent information on the status of the order. Also very responsive, clearly cliënt oriented.
