My review is based solely on the customer service, as my car was declared a total loss, so I can't comment on the quality of the repair work.
Jade provided outstanding customer care throughout the process. Communication was clear and easy, and the responsiveness from Fix Auto UK was truly first-class.
Thank you for making such a stressful and disappointing situation a much more positive experience. Losing my car wasn't ideal, but the excellent customer service made a real difference.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. All of the staff at Autodoc were friendly and really cared about their job. The work was finished a week before I originally asked for and the vehicle looks brand new. Could not fault them at all, 5 stars!

I contacted the Penzance branch local to me, took the car in to show them the damage and received a quote from
Mark the next morning, as promised.
My car was booked in promptly after I accepted the quote, and the work was done within the promised timeframe of two days.
Some of the damage was missed and not repaired however, but I contacted them to point this out and they were hugely apologetic, asked me to bring the car in the next day and it was done within 15 minutes.
All the repair work is of such a high standard, you would never know anything had happened. The staff were all friendly, easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They even hoovered and cleaned the interior, which I wasn’t expecting!
All in all, a great experience and fantastic service from start to finish - would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

There is someone who is willing to help at the other end of the phone. My experience is that the staff have always come back to me when they said they would. I was updated on the progress of the repair. Happy with the repairs.

The worst communication I’ve ever had from a company. Wouldn’t recommend. This review is the only communication they have sent me so obviously they are more worried about reviews than keeping customers happy. Useless to say the least.

My first claim in 34 years and Fix Auto UK Swindon made everything run smoothly. The quality of work on my Audi A5 boot-lid was as it was from the factory. The staff are a really nice group of people too.

I use fix auto whenever I have a problem with our vehicles they get things sorted asap unlike main dealers it’s a pleasure to deal with them
