Delivery on time .
Packaging was excellent.

I ordered some items on 30 November and was advised by the online order system that delivery should be within 2-3 days. It has now been 11 days with no delivery and no update or response to emails and voice mails.

Highly satisfied with my order. The contents were properly insulated and delivery was prompt. Very much looking forward to indulging in these premium products over the Christmas period.

It was fairly easy to order the stuff I needed although it still could do with some improvement & quite a few things were out of stock
Everything delivered was fresh & in good shape which was nice.
The two problems that I always encounter are - lack of information when the delivery will arrive & it happening completely unannounced out of the blue each time
This is very strange & doesn’t happen with other companies
Second problem is the lack of variety of products in the fruit & veg box
I’d rather have smaller quantities of bigger number of different vegetables than for example 1 enormous broccoli & 1 huge bag of salad leaves which don’t keep for more than a couple of days
Otherwise it was fine

Never got the product nor any sort of conversation from the sales department after leaving several message. At least I got my refund.

Order delivered on time and complete. Just fyi was in standard packaging despite being frozen food, so you need to be in when the delivery arrives.

The new flock eggs are lovely, can definitely tell the difference.

Placed an order on the 19th August, their information said delivery 1-2 working days....6 working days later and a refund was issued, so no items were posted and no explanation why my order was not sent.....what a complete useless so called company and probably a SCAM so stay clear

Top class fresh produce including eggs, vegetables and meat

I buy from Ocado usually, however, recently, I’ve been underwhelmed by the fresh fruit they’ve been delivering, so did a search for if Natoora or anyone else with good fruit could deliver, and found this retailer. I ordered fresh fruit, juices, cream, and some smoked chicken on 31/07/24, and received in a lovely big, strong brown box on 02/08/24, with the delivery man taking good care and waiting patiently for us to answer the door.

Whilst I received very little communication from the retailer, and none as such from when I explained some items were not received, they were prompt to action refunds (without a response back) and emailed to let me know certain items would not be delivered beforehand. They’re very efficient and to the point and the refunds were reflected in my account immediately - no arguing, nor denying just super efficient.

I have to say I’m quite impressed by the quality of items delivered. The strawberries, raspberries and blackberries were so fresh, sweet, full and juicy, my little toddler keeps asking me for more!

Cream was glorious!

Bananas were at the perfect ripeness (lightly dusted in a green hue but still edible and sweet) and large in length

Apples were the bestest we’ve ever had - sweet crunchy and juicy and not bruised or discoloured inside

Loved the grapefruit and apple juices - tasted of red apples and exactly like pink grapefruit ie that little hint of bitterness from a geapefult

1-star knocked off because the chicken received was supposed to be a cooked chicken, but was pink when cut into. HOWEVER, I emailed pics and requested a refund and one was issued without any questions. Also because I think there should be an updated way of contacting us about our delivery time eg perhaps give us a 2hr window on the day or before.

Would I buy again from here? ABSOLUTELY

Produce came as described & on time, still frozen as promised.

Made a purchase of two ATS of bathroom scales and both faulty. Now they just ignore me.

Delivered by the lovely Michael who greeted me with a smile and an offer to bring the box inside for me as I had hurt my hand.
Will definitely order again as the food they do, especially the baked goods are fantastic.

Literally the worst online food supplier ever. Not just that it’s taken seven days to deliver my order but they’ve managed to so comprehensively screw it up. Two items totalling £12.20 aren’t available so they’ve refunded me £6.30? I’ve emailed them about this and got a reply explaining that there’s delivery issues due to a football match????
I ordered charcuterie from a 3 star great taste winning producer in the West Country and received instead mass produced Italian nonsense I could have bought in the local costcutter!!!
I would heartily recommend giving these clowns a very wide berth, they’ve clearly not got the first clue about online retail or customer service.
