This is one of the best granola products that I have tried, and have started to buy it regularly. However, one thing about the packaging , there being a small
( mouse size) viewing hole in the outer card box. When on holiday with said box of cereal , I discovered that a tiny visitor had got there first so had to dispose of the contents!!

I had a minor technical issue, and the customer support was fast and responsive, they addressed the problem quickly and professionally and gave excellent customer service. Their porridge pots that I bought are quick and easy to make, only requiring boiling water, and are tasty and energy packed too. I would highly recommend for boosting sport performance.

Don't use this company. They had a sale on so I used it as an excuse to stock up on some items for the year. When everything arrived, it all expired within a few months. One product only had a 1 month shelf life and everything else had a 3 month shelf life. I contacted their customer service team and failed to get a response for 1+ week despite chasing. They were terrible - kept making me go around in circles and asked me to provide them with information I didn't have. They ended up telling me that the 1 month shelf life was 'not a quality issue'. Some of my items arrived damaged and unusable. The shakes and porridge do taste good but the rice meals tastes awful, and weren't cheep. Disappointed that most of my order would expire before I had a chance to use it all and customer services were frustrating. I wrote honest reviews on their website but they were never published so they must vet which reviews they upload and only accept the positive ones.
Just be careful buying from this website. Expect very short shelf lives and terrible customer service.

Very short shelf life as per previous review. Ordered 3 x bags of savoury Fuel 10k. All use by Feb 25. Would expect a lot longer to be able to use this product. Passed to quality assurance team on 18th Dec and still not got anywhere.

Ordered direct from Fuel10k online website as requiring large quantity of one product. Ordered 24/08/24, the 5 cases of 8 banana breakfast drinks arrived a few days later. They were used without issue until one tasted strange on 25/09/24. Checked BB date…01/09/2024!!! Every single carton went out of date within days of us receiving them!
Contacted Fuel10k who initially said they were shocked and were empathetic. The situation was passed to quality control team to deal with, and I was advised this would take 2-3 days. Despite messaging I am still waiting for any update.
Poor customer service, very poor standards (sending out a large quantity of product with no warning of short expiry date of product).
Advice - dont buy direct as you can’t guarantee the expiry dates.

Update: Fuel10k have now apologised and refunded my purchase, I have amended the rating score from 1 to 3 stars as I am still disappointed the situation occurred, but their customer service finally came through and resolved the situation satisfactorily. I would still confirm expiry date before purchasing online again.

Fuel breakfast drink 15g protein cap design .

Guys what's with the fancy pants useless screw cap design? You cant close the carton airtight after opening it for transport. The priority should be to create a solid seal. Just put a normal screw cap on it, save money and drop the price.

Incredible products

My absolute favorite cereal. Is there anything addictive in the ingredients????
I crave it, and now am left feeling empty and hungry without it. I'm eating it for breakfast dinner and tea.

Bought Super Berry Granola. What a cheat! The circular see through shows a good distribution of fruit. This is not the case when you open the box. Nearly all the fruit are at this viewing point - not because it has slipped to the bottom of box, but because it is all in this one corner!
