Terrible communication. An item was missing from my order and it took me two weeks after endless unanswered emails to get them to acknowledge this and process a refund. The two occasions I did manage to get hold of someone on the phone they were rude and entirely unapologetic. Will not be using again.
First class produce. Well packaged. Good quality. One of only a few places I can get courgette flowers from. Delivery took longer than expected.

I recently ordered produce from Daniel and the team, and I am thoroughly impressed. The produce is always the freshest and delivered in the most efficient timeframe. I placed my order yesterday, and it arrived today. The strawberries in my box are the most incredible I have ever tasted. I highly recommend their service!

I received a personal phone call from their staff admitting a human error was made and asked if it was okay to substitute for another product... even better, fresh pasta! They make things right for you and there is an authentic kindness that is really refreshing compared to the majority of companies.
Ordered frozen fruit packs which arrived defrosted despite a few ice packs in the box. It was clear that items had defrosted in transit as juices from packs were evident on external of unopened box on delivery. When box was opened juices from defrosted packs had leaked all over contents. Emailed customer services as per the instructions on their website explaining the issue with photosgrshs of the external and internal of the box but have no reply. Have tried to refreeze products but these are now just package size lamps of of frozen mush. Would advise not to use company as poor delivery packaging for fresh and frozen produce and no customer service response when there is any issue with their service. See Google review for photos
I ordered 4 packs of kitchen towels and received 2 packs. Although I was refunded after notifying them via email, I would have preferred to have been sent the remaining 2 packs.
There was only the refund, not a note accompanying it, saying we're sorry, would you like a refund or would you like us to send you the 2 packs?
