Ferber Painting 

The product is not what they claim it to be. I don’t understand why they even bothered to send it. They could have just kept the money and saved everyone’s time and resources.
Do not buy anything here.

Scam company, does not return your money back. The paint is just black water. Don't order anything from them.

Your website promised shortterm delivery in 3-4 days. I ordered on nov 9th, 3 weeks later I still haven't received anything.....except for useless excuses.
Either you make sure I get my order in the coming days or you give refund. I don't want a voucher, I will definitely never buy anything again.
This is not serious and honest behavior towards a customer.

1 star for customer service. I bought fabric hardener on now 13th. Did NOT get a confirmation email or ordrenummer so when I had not seen anything on the 22nd, I started to email them. They asked for an ordernumber, which I couldn’t give them since I never got it. I paid by mobile pay. Then they wanted my email address, which was the one I was writing from. I gave it anyway. Then they wanted another email address from me, I don’t know why, but I gave it. Then a 3rd person wanted my original email address again and y then I complained! Why can’t they see my order from my name, phone number or address?
Anyway all of the sudden I got the product. I have now tried it, and it does not really work the first time you dip, but when I dipped the second time I got harder.
I guess they still don’t know I even got the product 🤷🏻‍♀️. Worst customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 5l Paint Stripper Gel. Ferber sent a container with Paint Stripper labels but filled with turpentine (white sprit). After complaining they offered a voucher that can only be used in their web shop. This is against EU Distance Sales rules (Refund, Repair or Replace. Check out the European Union Consumer Sales Directive for Distance Sales. After rejecting the voucher they offered to send the correct Paint Stripper. 8 weeks and still waiting.

The product doesn’t work and customer service keeps sending generic replies for weeks. They refuse a proper refund and only offer vouchers. Not a trustworthy company.

Order facade stripper. Which didn't worked at all.
Could better use water. After mailing the problem i was directed from one mail to an another.

Big scam! never wrote a bad complaint. But for this I am happy to inform futher clients. Don't buy anything

Very bad experience with Ferber Painting.
I purchased products from their online store within the European Union, and they turned out to be of very poor quality and different in color from what was advertised. I filed a complaint and requested a refund, but the company refuses to return my money, offering only a voucher to be used again on their website.

I have explained several times that, according to the EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights, the seller is obliged to refund the amount using the same means of payment, unless the consumer explicitly agrees otherwise. I never agreed to receive a voucher.

More than four weeks have passed since my request, and I still have not received the refund. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also violates European consumer protection law.

I do not recommend buying from Ferber Painting, especially if you live in the European Union. The company does not respect consumer rights and fails to provide proper after-sales service.

I have reported this case to the European Consumer Centre in Spain (CEC España) so that they can intervene in accordance with EU law.

I want to update my previous review for clarity. After I first shared my experience, Ferber Painting tried to flag my review as “defamatory” to have it removed. When that didn’t work, they posted a public apology asking for my order details.

I provided all the requested information again — yet nothing has been done. I still have no product, no refund, and no real follow-up.

It’s clear their public replies are just for appearance, not to solve problems. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.

Update: A lady from the company contacted me and kept in touch until the product has arrived last week but that was after aprox 2 months. Now will see how good the paint is and if the waiting worth it.

This company must be an absolute scam and humiliating their customers. I am so upset that I cannot express in words. I placed my order on September 25 and my product did not arrive. I had to tell them go speak with the courier because my product din not move from the status created since I placed the order. I have exchanged 41 emails with them, each time someone is apologising and providing evasive answers that make absolutely no sense. I requested my money back multiple times since I cannot have the product and since I gave them so much time and been so patient and still they are refusing to give me my money back so I can buy a similar product from a local market. I really needed this product and that is why I showed understanding but my patience is long gone and I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by the back and forth. I am making online orders for many years in Europe as well as outside of it and never in my life encountered something like that. They want to give me a promotional code on their website to use it for another time instead of returning my money back like a serious and professional company would do, but what I m I supposed to do with that code how can I trust them again to buy products from them? Never again. As I said in the beginning they are holding off my money without having a single right. I feel humiliated and robbed. Please avoid at all cost if you care for your hard worked money.

Tried to exchange my order 2 minutes after purchasing as I made a mistake. Customer service replied straight away saying its not possible so I asked to cancel my order to which they said was not possible. Paint arrived 10days later and was as thin as water (no it didnt need mixing as I poured it into a separate tin to check). Even the label on the tin was dodgy and reviews on the website are clearly fake. DO NOT PURCHASE

I ordered a tile paint and received a gray-colored water instead. When I filed a complaint, they said they would replace it, but it turned out to be just a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I placed an order and paid on September 4, but never got a written confirmation. After chasing them via the chat, they mentioned that the ordered article would arrive soon, but still no update, no product or official confirmation

My order arrived after a long wait, but for two months they haven't been able to issue a correct invoice. I've contacted them multiple times, and they always give me the same message: "We'll send it soon," and still nothing.

Purchased road paint.in white from them. Recieved two weeks later only to be sent clear paint. After numerous emails for at least 5 days they assured me the right item was processing and they would send me the proper one. Then the communication just stopped and completely ignore emails now with no replacement paint sent. Would not purchase from this company
