Ferber Painting 

This is the worst company. We ordered in January and received nothing. The package was lost, and there has been ridiculous back-and-forth with no real help—only fake messages that seem to be written by AI. Terrible experience. Do not order from them.

Ordered paint for radiator beige in colour. First tin arrived and it was like water, so i complained they asked me to make a video which i did and they sent me the next tin, I asked them to open it and check that its good, well guess what it is exactly the same as first tin. They did offer credit note for first tin but i do not want that as wanted to paint a radiator cream. this company is a scam lucky i only purchased a small tin now i have 2 tins to dispose of. absolutely ridiculous it is like runny oil, i should have read reviews first.

Paint stripper supposed to be a gel. Has the consistency of water and is about as effective as water for removing paint. Scam product.

After 1 month my paint didn’t arrived. They only offer resend or store bonus. I don’t want any of those. 83 euros and time to the trash

Our delivery to France was fast so we are pleased with our order and at a good price. Not used yet but hopefully it does the trick

Ordered paint stripper, got some watered down white spirit or something. They have HQ in USA which makes EU consumeer rights enforcement impossible. Their aftersales is just a bot. Stay away as far as you can.

Don't order there from the Netherlands. I got a can with wrong content too and now they refuse to pay my money back. It's their business model. It's a scam. I reported them to the police etc. So I hope they will be soon shut dopwn. Please report too in case you ordered there.

I ordered copper cleaner, but the product did not meet my expectations. I made a request to Ferber Painting customer service for a refund, which they promise on the website is a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, but they do not honor this promise and wanted to resend the product or refund it with their own store credits.

I wish I looked at these reviews or their social media comments before buying… I ordered two tile paints, they arrived very quickly to Denmark from the Czech Republic. I opened them and there’s no paint in there, just some see through liquid what dries like a top coat for a nail varnish.
I’ve been contacting them, not a single answer for any emails, I got one answer on the online chat saying the product must have been damaged during transport because they are sensitive and perishable (like what, the pigment disappears and becomes a clear liquid?) and that they will send a replacement in the shortest possible timeframe. No answer ever since, no refund, nothing… don’t waste your money on this, I’m hoping my bank can delete the charges after showing proof of the product and their lack of communication and help.

Really terrible service - product ordered and paid for on November 20, 2025 still nothing received at December 11, 2025 so followed up and was told I will get an update soon. One month later ....nothing

I ordered sofa water repellent 5 liter.
Afther getting suspicious about the company and the liquid i did a test on a cloth and it did not repel water meanwhile i was waiting for over a month and had my complete sofa protected

Excellent product solved our issue

Ordered gel consistency paint remover, received turpentine. Customer support said they'd help but are ignoring me. Avoid st all costs.

If I could give zero stars i would. I wish i had checked reviews before ordering the product! I ordered the 5L gel paint stripper. Product arrived, 5 L of what I assume is terpentine. NOT a gel, evaporated within seconds and did NOTHING to the paint. Complained and I got sent another 5L, thought perfect this time they must have it right, but NO, i just received another 5L of terpentine.
The first time I was offered a voucher, said just send me the correct product, they didnt.
The website says money back if not 100% satisfied, well now I am less than 0% satisfied. Waiting for a new response, but from what I have seen here, I am not golding my breath. I am just relieved I didnt end up buying the 25L

Great product delivered quickly.My softener was totally clogged but 2 x 500 cl doses of cleaner sorted it out. The softener is now working as good as new.
