The only bad experience was that I wasn’t any of my relatives whom passed away. I was just a friend helping his funeral process due to the disease did have any relatives to taking care of his funeral arrangements. So the bad experience was that all the bills began to drop into my post box instead of sending directly to the community service office. Finally it became a long process with Riverty and the Authorities to settle all those payment obligations under my behalf which I actually didn’t have anything to do with the disease.

Fenix were s helpful arranging the funeral of my Thai Buddhist sister-in-law. My wife and I are based in the UK so we relied on Fenix to do everything, and they did. WE had a respectful and appropriate ceremony that was comforting to family and friends..

I enquired about planning my dads funeral with Fenix on a weekend and they responded to me straight away, unlike other funeral directors I had enquirer with.
Alison Carpenter was the lady that dealt with my initial enquiry and was extremely helpful and compassionate. Once I was happy and agreed their quote I was passed on to a designated funeral planner, Nick Pullen.
Nick was fantastic from start to finish, he was always on hand to answer any questions I had and was a huge help. He went above & beyond. From designing beautiful orders of service to organising last minute webcasting from the chapel, Nick made it happen!
The service was beautiful and everyone involved made it such a wonderful send off for my dad.
I’ve been fortunate enough that I haven’t had to organise a funeral before, so I’m so very grateful for the help I received from Fenix.
