Great customer service!
They have kindly supported me in applying for the VISA and residence permit. It's my first time applying for an Austrian VISA, so it is complicated. I mistakenly took insurance, and they proceeded with a correct confirmation soon.
Additionally, I needed an English version of the receipt, and this request regarding the receipt was accepted very smoothly.

It is no joke that folks from Austria are some of the finest people you'll ever meet in the world. Courtesy and politeness is just always awesome to experience. Dealing with them has been an absolute delight. My plan which was first due two years ago was post-poned without any hitches to a later date due to my chagrin and two years later I got the same plan without having to pay any extra. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves so there is little more I could add. Put your trust into the kind, soft-spoken, and lovely folks at feelsafe with ease. An easy 5 star from my side. Best insurance for international students

Travel health insurance
I took the travel health insurance to qualify for the Visa D at the embassy, and it worked amazingly. I arrived in Austria and applied to the all risk medical insurance and everything went amazingly. They are so supportive and responsive via email and very very felixable. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone thinking about having medical insurance in Austria or Europe.
