Best option by far!!
I couldn't rate FeelSafe any higher! It has been a seamless, completely stress-free and intuitive experience overall. They even helped and advocated fully for me when I had a difficulty with the visa application process, which they fixed in the end. Really, there is no downside to using FeelSafe and I would recommend it highly to anyone interested.

Best customer service ever!
Feel safe has the best customer service I ever encounter while I stayed in Austria. It was so easy to make a contract and to get the refunds each time I went to the doctor. It covered my glasses and it was overall an excellent experience. Loved and would recommend 100/10

FeelSafe is an excellent health insurance provider
FeelSafe is an excellent health insurance based in Europe that meets all of the criteria to ensure that I am allowed to stay in Austria and pursue a higher education. I would recommend FeelSafe as a cheap, reliable, and transparent health insurance company that always puts the customer first. As a member for already two years, nothing will deter me from continuing with them for the remainder of my studies. Always kind, quick, and dependable.

Perfect
The insurance is easy to buy, the documents are sent to you quite fast. It’s easy to make an insurance claim and it’s usually done within four weeks. They’re helpful and quick to respond. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re perfect. Everything is available in English which is a huge plus for me as a non European student and they’re easily the best choice when applying for a Residence Permit as well.

It was the best health insurance I ever…
It was the best health insurance I ever had. Very polite employees, and super uncomplicated. I had an accident last year, fractured my ankle and needed to have a surgery. Thanks to feel safe everything ran smoothly, at least for the bureaucratic part. Feelsafe also has a sense of solidarity to the international community of students, by making the insurance process online and in English and facilitating our application to a residence permit. It made my stay in Austria way easier (I was before insured by GKK and it was a nightmare).

Great for international students
I'm a student insured by FeelSafe through my university, and the experience has been great so far. The customer service is quick, the website is convenient to use, and they are very helpful and well-informed about the documents needed by third-country nationals in Austria for visa purposes. Their doctor network also works really well and is high quality. Totally recommended.
