It is unimaginable that such a big name…
It is unimaginable that such a big name in the world of logistics is also one of the worst. Avoid at all costs!!!! You will never know when your parcel will be truly delivered. Their notification system was clearly designed by people who have no idea how real-world logistics systems work, especially in the UK and probably never bothered testing them. Good luck waiting for your parcel to arrive, while betting on which of the everlasting rolling scheduled delivery dates will get to be the correct one.

I wish that I could leave 0 stars as up to now I was thinking that nothing worse than HERMES would ever happen. And then you have FedEx- totally un responsible company that in logistics they have a bunch of people who have 0 clue what they are doing. From 2 days I’m waiting for scheduled for 28/05 by 6pm parcel that right now by the end of next day still isn’t delivered. No one even send any message that they will not be able to deliver. Instead it that they keep sending empty promises and no one is giving a single s… about that!! Now after 2 beautiful days spent at home waiting for them I’m done and will never care what are they sending to me … avoid them as a 🔥 not worth any money and stress!!

Beyond useless. They consistently either don’t deliver or deliver to a random address. Seriously the worst courier by a country mile.
Dreadful, avoid
Dreadful, nearly every time they are employed to deliver. Mostly as today, I receive a message informing me that delivery is scheduled for today, a few hours later another message delivery will be in a few days time, then the same day the delivery is back on schedule, sadly without any notification it doesn’t arrive.

Ripped out boxes, box literally says ‘this way up’ but they trashed it sideways. ALL 10 boxes ruined. I dont know why these people exist

Notified yesterday that I would be getting delivery today between 09:10 and 13:10, I already had a doctors appointment booked today for 10:30, I managed to re- arrange the Doctors appointment for 3:30 this afternoon so I could be in for the fedex delivery because it needs a signature on delivery. it is now 14:15 and still no sign of the delivery, I'm going to have to leave the house for the rearranged Doctors appointment in the next 20 mins, the fedex app has now changed my approx delivery time to anytime up to 22:00. I'm sure as soon as I return I will find a card through my door explaining that due to me not being in I couldn't have my item delivered!!If only more online companies informed their customers what courier they used before we place an order we could avoid giving our business to the online companies that use these cowboys
Really bad delivery
Really bad delivery, chucked over a locked gate at the side path, instead of delivery at the front door with a driveway and house number so there no excuse,
it was only because my sister-in-law was doing some work in the front garden later on she noticed it,
because we were NOT told it had arrived it could have been stolen or damaged by rain !
Deliveries in the past have always be at the front door so why was this done ? and it was suppose to be next day delivery NOT next day delivery plus 1 day ! there was 3 people in the house at the time so a excuse there was none home not valid.
Noticed 94% bad reviews says it all.

Dire. Takes ages to speak to a human being, who then gives different informtaion to what is available online about my order. They tried to deliver but my house number was missing on the parcel [not my fault] so they called me... once. I couldn't pick up as I was working, but they didn't leave a message or send a text, all they needed was a house number. No serious attempt to find this out. The parcel has been returned to Italy. I now have to contact the sender...

Typical lets set up a business and put all the onus of cost and service onto the client - personally having to post back kit at ones own expense and to be decieved by the product and clever website coerciveness is not for me.

Waited in all day for a next day PRIORITY parcel due to be delivered by 12, wasn’t even sent to my local depot. My retailer chased them and they then updated to end of day. Still not at my local depot. Email just now saying it wont be delivered until MONDAY!!! IT WAS A NEXT DAY PRIORITY SERVICE!!

DO NOT SEND WITH FEDEX!! I sent a passport to USA from Uk and they have lost it and then took the money from my account when it was meant to come out when it arrived. My mum had to purchase an emergency passport instead and they are completely useless when putting in a claim.

I was supposed to get next day delivery of my Rustoleum products . Email stated delivery by 6pm . 6 30 pm and no delivery and this was supposed to be priority service . My day in tatters dogs not walked , never left house to make sure I did not miss you . Checked for updates ...None ...I do not have my products or my money . In future if I want to place an order with any company I will make sure they are not using your company first before placing an order now I know have useless and unreliable you are !
Lazy lying drivers are impacting disabled person
Delivery driver is a liar and took a picture of nothing saying I wasn't home.
I am disabled and housebound, so guess what... I was home.
Now I'm being advised to collect the item as if it's as easy as telling my legs to work. THANKS FEDEX
Fed Ex Very Poor Service.
Had a text message from Fed-Ex saying my shipment would be delivered between 7/50 am and 11/50 am.
Cancelled my medical appointment and waited in, an in.
Was finally delivered at 13/15 pm. I vented my concerns on the delivery driver and apologised to him.
He showed me his delivery pad which stated before 18/00 pm..
Fortunately it wasn’t a passport or an important document…
I now can’t get another medical appointment for two weeks.
The only reliable courier I will ever use is DPD…
