Doorstepping
Arrived home early evening to find my parcel was blowing down the street! ... I only can guess the driver had left it on the doorstep... so I'm lucky of to of retrieved it back...is this standard practice?? Anyone passing could of pinched it!!
WHAT'S LOWER THAN 1?
At the time of writing, FedEx has a Trustpilot score of 1.2/5. I can only assume sellers use Fedex as a handy kill-switch for their business.
Fedex has one job, to deliver stuff when they say they will. No brain surgery, no rocket science. Just pick up - drive - deliver.

FEDEX HAS ONE JOB. I WONDER IF THEY'VE GUESSED WHAT IT IS YET?
An UBER driver as Executive Chair might help. I mean, what is a courier, but a cab share for advance bookings (FedEx, hold the ".… but we do logistics,"' response. You clearly don't!)
Sellers, you sustain FedEx in operation. STOP USING THEM! Look, we get the service (and business) we deserve. Customer buys from you -- you use FedEx -- customer stops buying from you. Simples! At 1.2/5 (that's 1/20, due to no '0' option), FedEx is barely a courier at all, more a lottery. You charge the customer for a ticket, then confiscate their property until they win. Why would they return?

Absolutely shocking experience parcel…
Absolutely shocking experience parcel was sent for next day delivery for last Friday parcel turned up today Wednesday, I will never use again if I have a choice.
Huge parcel just left on my doorstep
Huge parcel just left on my doorstep. I didn't even know it was there as no one could even be bothered to knock on the door, let alone wait for me to answer the door. Postage isn't what it used to be. I cannot believe how bad it is now, just leaving parcels on the doorstep to get stolen or rained on.
Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, pretty much in line with all the other terrible reviews, here. Fedex delivered our item to a property about three miles away; a different town, house name, and postcode, no less. Driver faked a signature and posted the item in a letterbox.
Contacted customer support who apologised for the error, told us where the driver had left it, and immediately closed the case saying they can't help any further and to contact the seller. Very unhelpful.
This was an eBay item and the seller (eeautoparts) had very little interest in chasing this up. The proof of delivery, despite being in completely the wrong location, would have been all it took for the seller to win the "item not received" case so they didn't care even a little.
Luckily, we managed to go to the location via the co-ordinates provided and locate the item which was in a completely different mail box to the one said driver claimed he had left it in. Just a generally frustrating experience which will have me steering well clear of any seller using Fedex and keeping my distance from eBay, too.
Pathetic Service
Changed my delivery date since I would not be home. However FEDEX delivered anyway and left 1 of 2 items on my doorstep.
The driver stated it had been signed for by me and provided a false signature.
The second part, 2 of 2 arrived the following day, the correct day. Even though I was home, it was left once again on my doorstep, and signed for by the driver.
What pathetic service.
Complicated deluvery
They tried to deliver but could not there is someone in the house all the time as dad is house bound but takes a while to awnser then when I tried to reschedule its so complicated so many questions still did not get to information I needed.
To put a note for them to be a bit patient.

Do not use Fedex bruh
Over priced pseudo handling…
Over priced pseudo handling disbursement additional line item fees! Your charges are more than the cost of products - I have never had this with other shippers from EU to UK ! Suffice to say NEVER again! Customer services are robot and useless !
ANNOYED
NOT ONLY WERE THEY NEARLY TWO HOURS LATER THAN THE DELIVERY TIME, BUT THE DRIVER IS ACTUALLY JUST TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS AT THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY, WITH A CLOSED DOOR BEFORE HE HAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED THE ITEM. THAT IS NOT PROOF OF DELIVERY. ALSO TAKING PICTURES OF CARS DETAILS IS A VIOLATION OF DATA PROTECTION. BUT TO TOP IT OFF THE ITEM INSIDE WAS DAMAGED. HOWEVER DRIVER WAS PLEASANT.
The worst delivery company out there
The worst delivery company out there. I have had packages disappear, arrived broken, boxes smashed, products damaged notification services non-existent absolutely the worst, corporate needs to look at their reviews or shut the place down UPS is much better
Not delivery on day one,not delivery on…
Not delivery on day one,not delivery on day two...let's see day 3. What is the point of a tracking system and support system which keeps.telling the package is arriving when is not. It makes all the experience stressful...no point contacting support it doesn't exists
Literally scum
Utterly inept
I paid for express delivery and stayed in on the confirmed delivery day. No attempt at delivery was made—no delivery van, no doorbell ring or knock at the door—and I received an email saying "sorry we missed you."

I was at home and no one even rang the doorbell. Took the parcel to my neighbour and let them finish the delivery job…
Unsatisfactory. And not the first time.
Deeply disappointing service from such a major logistics company
It is hard to believe that a company as large and well-known as FedEx can provide such a poor delivery experience. In my case, delivery slots were missed and updates were unreliable, making it impossible to know when parcels would actually arrive.
The notification system feels badly designed for real-world customer needs. Rather than giving clear and dependable information, it created confusion and frustration. Waiting for a parcel should not feel like guesswork.
Based on this experience, I would avoid using FedEx where possible. A major logistics company should be able to provide accurate tracking, realistic delivery estimates, and clear communication.
Cornwall deliveries
I think there must be a particular issue with deliveries from the Fedex Launceston depot, judging by reviews. I stayed in all day for a delivery due 09:30 to 13:30 to have it delivered just after 5 pm. Nice friendly delivery driver but she was unaware I had been given a time...
This is the second Fedex delivery to the property - first one was equally problematic and after 3 or 4 failed attempts and then involving the company I was buying from, it was suggested that best I pick up from depot (2 hr round trip in car!).
Once again they have failed in what…
Once again they have failed in what they advertise that they do, deliver a package.
Sent out notification of when it was due to be delivered and the option to provide alternative arrangements - ask them to drop off at concierge
Day arrives what do they do - oh we tried to deliver but you’re were not in
Customer service, on the website? - doesn’t exist, complaints - doesn’t exist
Annoying useless AI bots. - loads of them
Had 5 parcels ordered from American shop over the last 2 years and they’ve failed to correctly deliver one of them on first attempt
1.2 stars after nearly 10000 reviews suggest that they arrogantly think they are too big to fail, until one day they will go the way of all the other firms that thought like that.
If no likes using you, when eventually a better alternative comes along and it will then guess what will happen
