I liked the quick shipping and delivery time. But I’ll have second thoughts before ordering again. That is because of the excessive use of packing materials. I stretched out the crushed brown paper to see how much - there was over 60 feet of brown paper (the length of my barn) crammed into one medium sized box. It filled up half of my trash bin.

ZERO customer service- (edit) reached out to me after 3 days of no answer and after bad review
I ordered abs module with specific number needed for my VW golf 6
and received abs module with different number although I asked to double check for specific number that I needed
after 2 weeks of shipment and paying all import duties because I am from EU, I contacted them 4 times addressing this issue, and no response,
unbelievable

I think the third party that does billing is not in the loop
I was really excited to try this vendor after hearing so many great reviews, but my first order was disappointing. The fulfillment was significantly delayed, which required making three separate purchases and created a long waiting period. I ultimately had to pay extra for expedited shipping just to receive the items on time. I hoped for a better experience based on their reputation.
