FCP Euro Reviews

Never had a problem

Great selection of parts with reasonable prices. The lifetime replacement program is great. The videos are most helpful for DIYers. Keep doing them. Sometimes it's hard to connect with a live person for help. I wish this was better

Great customer service.

FCP Euro offers quality OEM parts at great prices! And their shipping is incredibly fast! I get all of my European car parts from FCP Euro.

Always reliable! Best place to get oem+oem or OEparts! Shipping is pretty quick and lifetime warranty is great. Appreciate everything yall do for the community! IMHO the only thing I'd say personally is pricing could be a little more competitive. I have purchased some parts at competitive companies for the same thing or better for a better price. Gotta do it w this economy!

I have order parts from FCP many times I trust the process and the quality of the products and have not had any unwanted surprises. I do wish that some of the products descriptions had bit more detail when it comes to the “Kits” regarding all the hardware ware that will be included as I have made the mistake a few times and have doubled up on certain hardware items. A great place to get my SAAB and Landrover parts.

The delivery time is perfect i have not had a problem with a package coming in later than it should and the product is good quality

FCP Euro had the automobile part I needed for my Volvo car. The price I paid was fair & reasonable. FCP's online ordering and fulfillment is pretty good - excellent, gets the job done.

Order received quickly

Parts were shipped quickly and fit perfectly. Will buy from again

Good selection of products at a very good price. Ease of purchase and availability.

Website is easy to use, shipping methods are nice as well! Packaging is always perfect, always deliver on expected times as promised! Best place to use for my European parts needs! Couldn’t have been more thankful to stumble upon FCP Euro!

Best lifetime guarantee in the game. Great support that I can actually talk to someone.

Great resource of parts for Mercedes Benz! Especially like the availability of premade kits for maintenance. Great customer service. A+ all around.

Very convenient drivetrain maintenance kit!

This company is wonderful. Great prices on OEM German parts. Fast shipping and if you order enough, you will get to know the employees. That is a good sign, they tend to keep staff, so it must be a nice place to work.
I have placed dozens of orders over the years. It is rare to have a order problem or defective part, but they have always fixed it without issue on the first call.

Needed some Volvo engine parts to repair the b5254t3 engine as fitted std to the ford focus st mk2. found this parts supplier on line. the biggest thing for me, is how easily it is to navigate the ordering process, also the price including (parts) to get these parts to NEW ZEALAND. also the time to get these parts to us, the parts where delivered 3 days ahead of the due date. I loved the logo ( get your tools ready)very inspiring. this firm is a pleasure to deal with, and will use this (ECP Euro) if need more parts. thanks, TREVOR NEW ZEALAND. ( first time order).

This is THE place to order European automotive parts from! I last minute ordered some things because I had a long weekend, and they showed up next day on my doorstep from across the country. FCP Euro was always good about prompt shipping, but recently they have gone NEXT LEVEL with making sure you have the parts in hand! Awesome 'possum!

Price was ok, but everything seems to be going up fast.
Very quick shipping.

FCP is one of my primary sources for European car parts for my personal fleet. They have good options for parts with competitive pricing and good stock.

One helpful feature FCP has is they attempt to stay on top of the country of manufacture to gauge the quality. Replacement parts quality has become hard to determine, formerly trusted brands are out-sourcing and not longer keep control of their quality. Even manufacturer's replacement parts are being reduced in quality, I bought two identical manufacturer suspension bolts a couple of years ago, one was like the original in yellow zinc chromate and the other cheap, rough, zinc plate.
