Fat Face ….. Great Place
I went into Fat Face in Solihull recently and bought nothing. Well, not strictly true I guess. I did buy the salesperson, Luke.
I knew exactly what I wanted…. But it wasn’t in stock. Luke went through the process very concisely telling me how to go about ordering. He then showed me the item I was looking to buy ….. on the shop computer, in a different colour. I was thrilled as I hadn’t been aware this colour existed.
What a fine representative of great customer service he was.
I shall go back there without a doubt.

Love the clothes in FatFace
Love the clothes in FatFace. I like the price tags are not attached with plastic for a start. The clothes are ethically sourced and lovely so you can look good without destroying the planet.

I used to buy my clothes from Debenhams…
I used to buy my clothes from Debenhams but since they closed I couldn't find what I liked anywhere. With Fatface I think I may have now filled that gap. And the girl that served me was very pleasant and courteous.

I ordered a Men’s T-Shirt online in the sale with free postage.
Parcel arrived speedily, but contained a dress 🤣
Got a full refund in my local store no problem and very efficient, but would have liked the T-Shirt that is no longer in stock.
Someone out there is missing a dress!

Speedy delivery and great products- when I had to return 2 of the 5 items I had ordered ( one - the colour didn't suit my husband and the other was a duplicate order made in error, the lady on the till was so nice about it and really efficient- thank you.
