Excellent garage
Booked in for 4 tyre changes. They were available to see me on the day, despite it being 3pm on a Saturday. It took them under half an hour to replace all the tyres and do my tracking.
Service was great, staff were friendly, they had a waiting and viewing area which included complimentary tea and coffee.
Looking at their other services they seem to be extremely good value for money in general

Awful experience
Don’t know what’s happened to this place. Staff have attitude problems, very disingenuous about your car aswell. Went to two other garages post MOT and the reasons my car failed were “ridiculous “, “petty” and “money grabbing”. Had my car in a few weeks ago for 2 tyres needing changed, all was fine until a couple days after and I came to realise they had snapped one of my tyre pressure sensors off and not bothered to say anything.

I was served by Shane today .The unit is large with plenty of parking .I pre ordered less than a hour before I arrived as they were the only tyre installer promoting same day that actually offered it.Brilliant friendly service ,they had at least 4 walk ins while I was there and everyone got a positive service despite them clearly being mobbed over what should have been lunch.I probably have 50 plus garages local to me but I will travel back to this one.Thank you.

Emergency brake repair
Late into the shop on a Saturday needing an urgent brake replacement and the guys couldnt have done more to help me out. Fantastic service as always from Farmer's.

Neilston Road Paisley - Brian 1st Class Service
1st class service received today, Saturday. I discovered that I had a puncture just before setting off on a long and important drive. My tyre was out of stock locally but Brian at your depot in Neilston Road Paisley went above and beyond to not only to source one but ensured that it was he same type/ make as my other rear tyre. He also informed me that my two front tyres were reaching their minimum limit and he also sourced and fitted them all within 4 hours of my initial issue. Many Thanks

Third time using Farmers at Musselburgh. Always courteous, prompt but above all honest. On one occasion a rival garage said I needed new tyres, took to Farmers and they advised plenty of wear left. Just left my car for its first MOT, kept in contact by phone. Any work necessary clearly explained and car ready for collection promptly. On this occasion new tyres were required and very competitive price. All staff, especially Louis, very helpful.

Car MOT
Was made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Taken right away. Waiting area very clean tidy with free coffee etc. Good price booked online and able to pay at the reception office.
Will not hesitate to use Farmer Autocare for any future MOT'S etc
