Great Service from Neilston Road branch

Great friendly service .Manager Brian was easy to deal with and very friendly and helpful. I turned up without an appointment and he squeezed me in although they were really busy, The other members of staff who worked on my car were also great,highly recommend.Neilston Road branch.

I have had the best service ever at…

I have had the best service ever at this garage. I booked a service a day before and was advised I needed brakes sorting. I was heading north in two days but even though they were busy they worked late to get my car sorted and it was ready the next day!
Amazing friendly courteous and quick service. Thank you so much!

I was only in for an online booking to…

I was only in for an online booking to get two new tyres and a tyre repair, but the man at the front desk was extremely personable and friendly, which makes all the difference. Give him a raise.

Poor Customer Service and Incomplete Work

I booked an appointment for the first slot of the morning at Farmer Autocare Neilston Road, Paisely, to have two tyres replaced, a wheel alignment carried out, and the tyre on my spare wheel replaced. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

The staff at the front desk were rude, unprofessional, and showed very little regard for customer service. My car was kept for more than two hours simply to change two tyres, and at no point did anyone contact me to explain that the wheel alignment would not be carried out due to an issue with the lower suspension arm.

Had I been informed in a timely manner, answer "NO". I could have discussed the issue and potentially arranged for the necessary repair there and then. Instead, I only found out when I returned to the shop, after waiting unnecessarily.

To make matters worse, I had also specifically requested that the tyre on my spare wheel be replaced. This was not done either. I was told that items in my car boot prevented the work from being carried out. However, had anyone simply asked me to remove the spare wheel or move the items, I would have done so immediately. Instead, no attempt was made to communicate this to me, and the spare wheel tyre was left unchanged. when I checked I have found that the spare wheel cover was removed, but the spare wheel tyre wasn't changed.

When I questioned this, the staff member appeared irritated and unwilling to resolve the issue. As a result, I left without the spare wheel tyre being replaced and without a usable spare wheel, despite this being one of the services I had requested.

For me, customer service is just as important as the quality of the work itself. I simply do not see why I should spend my money somewhere that makes me feel unwelcome, fails to communicate with its customers, and does not complete the work requested. As a result, this will be my first and last visit.

I would much rather pay a little extra at a business where customers are treated with respect, welcomed with a smile, and kept informed throughout the process. Good communication and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, both were completely lacking during this experience.

Was looking to get a replacement tyre…

Was looking to get a replacement tyre on the same day. Was able to quickly locate a branch that had the one I required and was able to book it.

Dropping off the car was easy and I decided to wait while it was being repaired.

The waiting area was clean and had a free coffee/tea machine. There was only a few chairs, but I was lucky enough to get a seat.

The person behind the desk was very friendly and progressed my booking quickly (Name was Brian).

Overall, really impressed with the service and would use them again.

Best garage I’ve been to for any problems for my car get back to you in a short time and are very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them as a go to garage for any car issues

Service and MOT Without Fuss

Service and MOT at Blackhall without any of the nonsense that dealers produce (e.g. fuel treatments, air-con sanitising, etc.). Reasonable price. Easily booked on-line. Could not ask for more. Would recommend.
