The car was booked in for air condition…
The car was booked in for air condition recharge and and I collected the car same as when it went in!
The mechanic said that he had re-gassed the car but was not sure why it was not working as it should.
There was no charge for the service on this occasion!

Helpful most of the time
Helpful but only if the solution is easy. My car wouldn't pass MOT and they had nothing to suggest to me and wouldn't help. I realise it may not have been their speciality but I wish they could at least recommend someone. I had to travel out of Edinburgh to get my car fixed which was a pain in the neck. But at other times, for MOT and servicing they're great, flexible and without fuss. Ryan was great at advising me on which tyres to fit as well.

Found a scratch on offside rear door not there when I put the car in.
Booking and staff were friendly but obviously don't take care of cars.

My 1st visit, not the last
This was my first visit to the Dunfermline branch, I was greeted by Greig who was warm and friendly while being professional.
I was treated throughout with respect and kindness, Greig went out of his way keeping me informed at all times giving me options when necessary. There was no pushy sales which was refreshing.
I was well looked after and would highly recommend this particular garage for excellent service and competitive pricing.
