We’re delighted with our new kitchen. Great support from Rob and the team during both the design and build/installation phases. The latter was to a really high standard too. We needed a few bespoke units and these were easily accommodated in the design and installation. Everyone who’s seen the kitchen has commented on the colour and quality. It’s proving great in use too. Would highly recommend Falstaff to others.

Very good service from start to finish. I had additional units made up after I had bought the property and the design now looks like it was conceived as a whole.

Listened to all the things I felt were missing, and those additional elements which were specifically to meet my own particular needs in terms of how I work within the kitchen space.

What an outstanding service from start to finish. The Falstaff team was so helpful and stayed alongside our fitter until the job was finished.
Nothing was too much trouble and although we changed our mind halfway through in what handles we wanted - nothing was too much trouble. They just sorted it fast.
If there was a 6 star option I would have given it as we just feel they went well beyond .

We had an excellent experience with Falstaff. There is an enormous choice of styles and colours. The design and quality products have resulted in a great looking and very functional bootility room for us. We are very happy and the team were all a pleasure to deal with.

Only at the early stages with the design not installed, Rob had a solution for the awkward areas to give a kitchen of usefulness & pleasure, the install team are using the plans for their arrangements, feeling confident with the design of Falstaffhomedesign team.

Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. Bespoke design and cabinetry, installed to perfection. The confidence projected by the team at Falstaff is all you need to get you through to a fabulous end product. Having not done a complete kitchen refit before, Rob and his team guided us every step of the way, and we never had any doubts that we'd finish up with what we wanted. What we didn't expect is how much the end product would exceed our expectations. My advice; stop looking and speak with Falstaff first!

Rob was excellent he designed exactly the kitchen we wanted. The quality of the kitchen was so much more than we expected and all our appliances were included at a very good price.

Falstaff are a professional, efficient and caring company to deal with, they care about their customers needs and requirements every step of the way and provide an amazing service from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and all the team are helpful and responsive.
Our room size and layout didn’t lend itself to having the exact design we had in mind but Rob’s advice and design exceeded all our expectations and we couldn’t be any happier and wouldn’t change a thing with our amazing new kitchen with a huge wow factor!

Absolutely love my new kitchen from Falstaff, from Rob’s first sketches, helping me design it and choosing the doors, worktops etc, very patient when l changed my mind to the true handleless in rail units, looking so sleek now, also love my qettle and column fridge and freezer. The team at Falstaff are first class.
