Bad support platform

Just to review how bad your support platform is.
How does a platform like yours has such a bad support platform ?

No live chat
Can't send a support for "Other reason" or "Custom reason", and if you send it on a wrong reason, they wont even read the description or watch screenshots that you attach to the request and you will just get the exact same template message, as if you are getting help and replied from bots (I'm not sure if they really are bots).
Please consider AT LEAST, to create a way of creating a request regarding a custom or other reason that is not listed on pre-determined list

FACEIT support does not exist

FACEIT’s verification system rejected my valid ID and support has been completely useless.

I contacted them multiple times and only received automated or unhelpful responses. No proper manual verification review, no real resolution, and no accountability.

If your system fails, there should be a real human process to fix it - but apparently there isn’t.

Very frustrating experience.

FACEIT in 2026 is a genuine waste of time AND money.

FACEIT in 2026 feels like a platform surviving off reputation instead of performance.

The whole reason FACEIT became relevant was because Valve matchmaking was inconsistent. FACEIT was supposed to be the better alternative. Better games, better structure, better competitive integrity.

Now? Match quality is often no better than Premier and sometimes actively worse. Premium queues can take forever at off-hours, super match is not worth the wait, pre-map bans are a minor feature dressed up as value, and server selection is laughable for a paid service.

It is hard to justify paying for a platform whose core selling point no longer feels reliably true. If the matches are still inconsistent, the queues are slower, and the “premium” advantages feel negligible, then what exactly is the subscription buying?

FACEIT should be embarrassed that Valve leaves this much room to dominate and they still cannot make the experience feel clearly superior.

DO NOT VERIFY YOUR ID!!!

There isn’t much to say: you’re forced to upload your ID and a photo of your face for verification. Then your data is passed on to a third-party provider called “Daon”, who state in their own privacy policy that the data may be retained for up to 25 years for alleged “scientific research purposes”. In other words, your data (name, address, personal details in general) could potentially be used for AI training or other purposes. On top of that, a “fingerprint” is created from your data and facial data; this also remains with Daon and isn’t deleted so quickly. Only the photos you’ve taken are deleted after 3 months. Hands off!

Faceit ends

So , they ban me for playing any match for 2 hours because my CS:GO app crashes only when i m playing Faceit . And when it finally works the timer ends.If you don't do something about it , your shit app will no longer exist .

I give it a 3 because the site often…

I give it a 3 because the site often lags and the game doesn't come, and at the same time it gives a ban, and sometimes it also wins Faceit and because of this it throws me out of the match and CSKA gets angry and says that I left the game as a deserter.
