worst plateforme ever, if you don't talk you will get ban for unsportsmanlike_conduct, if you talk you will get ban for toxicity, 95% of faceit player are playing faceit bcs "so much cheater in premier" but they are just bad and get fxck on faceit and premier too
If you don't play 5 stack, or playing without cheat, you can be donk, you will stay lv 8 or max 10 with 2k elo

Horrifyingly abysmal customer support

Horrifyingly abysmal customer support. I have attempted to get help with a ping issue three separate times, and each time I'm sent an automated email telling me that my matchroom link isn't valid. I have double and triple checked my matchroom link to ensure that it works and I'm 100% sure that it does. There is no apparent way to talk to an actual human representative about the issue. I am beyond done with faceit and will not be signing up for another season.

Support staff are very indifferent

Support staff are very indifferent. Even if you write pages and pages, they give automated responses without reading them. I was banned three times in one week for toxic content. I'm sure I'm innocent, I'm requesting a manual review, but I'm met with rude and unhelpful automated responses from indifferent support staff.

Absolute horrid experience

HORRIBLE SUPPORT

They send me a video of how to reset my email address on a lost account using steam login, THE OPTION DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. Of course they can't bother to update their autoresponder in email so that they can stay useless at support.

Never use it.

there was a TPM requirement, and now it takes me four hours to set up the BIOS. This won't help anything anymore, there's no choice where to write support. Never send your documents for verification, and may leak your document data. Definitely do not recommend this 1/10 platform
