I do not recommend it to anyone.

Any kind of toxic behavior is tolerated, but if you respond, you will receive a 1-month ban… You can play with hacks, no problem. Someone can troll your game, no problem. In the end, you will be the one who gets punished…

Support ignores tickets

I have been ignored for 2 weeks straight. I provided clear ownership proofs and screenshots multiple times, but support completely ignores them. They keep sending the same pre-written, automated templates over and over again for 14 days. It feels like nobody even reads the tickets. Absolute joke of a customer servic. I demand a manual review of ticket 12649492 by a Senior Agent.

The worst support team I've ever seen and an unresolved problem.

s I stated in my request #12629893, the player named NotTwist insulted, swore at, and threatened me and my teammates intensely before the match even started, humiliating us. He left the match after the knife round. When we took the lead, he returned and started trolling the match. We kicked him out of the game, and we lost. Despite uploading a video to YouTube with proof of his actions, as mentioned in the request number,

Your representative, Maliketh, dismissively stated that this is not grounds for a ban. I am an elite premium member on Faceit, and I don't pay for this kind of support or to play with these players.

I am filing a complaint against your representative Maliketh and the player NotTwist. I request that you review the video and impose the necessary penalties on both of them. If threats aren't grounds for a ban, then what is? Do I have to die for it to be considered a ban?
