Hello due to Christmas there is a high volume of extra parcels in the couriers network. This especially affects international shipments. Parcels to Saudi, like many other destinations are affected by this and it's unfortunately out of our control. We quote at normal times that parcels can take up to four weeks. So far it hasn't yet been two. I would advise in future either ordering much earlier in advance, or to purchase from somewhere more local to you,as this situation can never be avoided.

highly recommend this company

I've used eyecare shop for four years now and the service has always been excellent. the one time that there was an issue with the delivery (royal mail had lost the package), the problem was solved efficiently as soon as the required document was issued by royal mail to allow for a free shipping of the same products by eyecare shop. highly recommend.
