On may 20th I ordered and paid £69.99 for the titan case for s25 ultra and tried to contact them few days later because I hadn't had a dispatch confirmation.may 29th my bank got involved. Next day extreme spec said they had a slight delay andIwouldhaveit in 5 to 7 days. I've been emailing and calling every day since. Still not received it.and had no contact from them. This company needs shutting down...imo

I placed an order with Extreme Spec on 30 April 2025 for a phone case (Order #25571), advertised as a high-end "Titan Edition" for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Immediately after placing the order, I attempted to cancel it by emailing the seller on 30 April, 1 May, and again on 8 May, but received no response.

On 10 May 2025, I received a phone case in the post, but the item I received was completely different from what was advertised — it appears to be a cheap imitation and not the product described on their website. The parcel had no return address, and no invoice or documentation was included.

I again attempted to contact the seller for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions, but they have not replied to any of my emails. I also tried to call the listed number on their website: Phone: +44 7534 513953, but there was no answer or way to leave a message.

I wrote a review on this company after reaching out to them multiple times with no response. After receiving negative review they emailed me offering me to try a different product. I told them I just wanted to return the products I bought as they were not as described. After paying $30 to return them, I was then charged another $68 in import fees. So now, I’ve paid about $100 to return $260 in product. Be warned the return fees aren’t worth it!
