I've been a customer for a number of years now from when I completed the amnesty catch up to my yearly return and am very very pleased with the whole company!! The customer service is outstanding and if ever I have a question or need information they are on it and the follow up is reassuring. I'm kept in the loop every step of the way! This is the 6th year I have engaged ExPat Online to do my US tax returns and FBARS. The submissions have all been accepted by the IRS and Department of Treasury without issues. The best part is I have never had to pay any US taxes because we pay so much here in Canada. ExPat introduced a new platform for 2025 and I found it to be an improvement over the old platform. The staff I worked with at ExPat are great. If I have any questions or concerns they respond very quickly. Highly recommend these people.

Quick, easy and knowledgeable. Constant contact and communication is what I like the most.

Despite the onerous paperwork involved, including many FBAR forms, Andrea and the team made the process really easy to get through and helped every step of the way. The cost of preparing the return was much less than that of a competitor I had used in the past, and my refund was deposited into my account just over two weeks after the return was filed. I will definitely be using this company again next year.
