The tickets were over twice as much as they’re selling for at the venue. We got two tickets also for our neighbors and now have to pass on that gouging price to them, which is completely humiliating. We all live in the area of the theater and could’ve easily just gotten tickets there. I’ve never used your website and I seriously doubt this is a website I would ever recommend or use again because of this. I feel sick about this as I am not a rich person. This was a special occasion that we were splurging on, and the fact that we actually have to apologize to our neighbors that we are paying over twice as much as what the tickets are selling for two weeks before the event even for better seats closer up to the stage I just can’t believe I made such a huge mistake. No I understand why your reviews talk about overcharging.

This website feels scamish. They offered tickets to a concert, took my money for two whole months. Then three hours before the show let me know that they didn’t have the tickets and refunded me. I had already traveled and booked a hotel to see the show. I wonder is that is their business model? To take money and then return it months later? I also believe they could have sold my tickets for a better price last minute. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend not using this company. They charged us 100% the going rate. I was misled that we were going to get a table and instead have to share it with another party. After reaching out to them they kept saying the same thing that they charge the going rate which is completely false.
