We ordered a product to our important event and have never recieved it!

Wow, what a great experience. No problems, nothing was too much trouble, and the speed of delivery was as amazing as the quality of thye profduct and printing. Highly recommend.

There was really bad communication aswell as our marquees are missing legs, everytime i call i get told no one is avalible to talk to me and that they will call back but they never call back.

The team.were very patient and supportive while we worked out what we wanted. They helped with design, improving our images and meeting our deadline.

Parts of my order were shipped separately leading to a weeks difference in delivery time. Once the whole marquee had arrived I went to set it up and it appeared that I was sent the wrong side bars for my side walls. There where 6 bars for a four sided tent and the bars only had a hole for the bracket on one side each. I proceeded to contact the company about this issue to resolve whether I had the ring bars or to be provided with instructions but was ignored.

Have used Event Display for a few projects for our club over the years and they have been very professional and provide good products...but the past year or so they don't seem to communicate or provide quotes for months on end so have gone elsewhere...

Easy ordering system. Preview/Proof of item - feather flag was sent through quickly. Would definitely use there services again.

Overall quality of the product, customer service response times, and turnaround time. The only negatives were that our artwork came out very indigo (should be more purple than blue) and arrived sooner than agreed.
