Lanyards Factory were extremely easy to deal with, professional and delivered on very short timeframes an amazing, customised company lanyard for our conference exactly to what was requested. Don't bother looking anywhere else, you won't find anything that compares in a short timeframe!

I ordered 335 lanyards from them on Wednesday for big conference and asked them to deliver them to me on Friday and I paid the invoice in 15 minutes and they told me that " you will definitely received the lanyards on Friday" but they forgot to dispatch and I had a lot of headache because of this, I will never work with this company again.

I needed a lanyard stand and purchased this on the website which indicated it would be delivered in 24 hours as we were organising a large conference. After 24 hours the stand had not been delivered I rang and they advised that the postage was still with Australia Post and had not left the Aus Post original destination I received a refund this was the first time I used the Lanyard Factory but I am not confident of their 24 hour delivery promise on selected items- disappointing as I had to make other arrangements
