Ink Depot has always been reliable
Ink Depot has always been reliable, on time and stocked with the ink supplies that I need. I replace my cartridges about 4 times per year and every time that I investigate, I find that Ink Depot has the most competitive price.

2 weeks and no order delivered
I ordered ink on 14 April 2026. The courier attempted delivery on 17 April and said they could not deliver as "business closed". The address for delivery is a residential address and I selected the authority to leave option. I contacted Ink Depot on 20 April after receiving notification of the attempted delivery and they said they would organise for an urgent redelivery and I am still waiting with no communication from Ink Depot or the courier company. Ink Depot is 30 minutes from my address and almost 2 weeks after ordering no delivery. I won't be using this company again.

I’m really sorry for the frustration and delay you’ve experienced. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
This appears to be a rare circumstance where the courier has let us down. The “business closed” delivery attempt on a residential address is not acceptable, and we completely understand how frustrating that would be.
While we have been actively working with the courier to resolve this for you, we acknowledge that our communication along the way could have been much better. You shouldn’t have been left wondering what was happening with your order.
We are continuing to push the courier for an urgent resolution today. If this is not rectified immediately, we will send out a replacement order without further delay to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
Please know that this situation is not representative of the normal experience our customers have with us, and we’re genuinely disappointed this has happened in your case.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve added 10,000 loyalty points (equivalent to $10) to your account, which you can use on a future order if you choose to give us another chance in the future.

I needed ink for my printer, then found that no one was selling ink for my old Epson printer. I saw the ad on this site for compatible ink, so I ordered some. I then realised I needed one extra colour, so I reordered it. The delivery was really fast, then, surprise, surprise, both orders came in the same package. Who does this anymore? It just goes to show how alert and helpful their people are. Usually, I would have been sent two packages. Great work. I must say, I was delighted that the ink is compatible with my printer. Thank you.
