Buying the product is easy but returning??Effing nightmare!! the customer service agents make promises, offer apologies and after keeping you in the chat for ages they tell you that they've created a ticket and someone will get back to you. Well it's been over a week now and I've not received the response I was promised. They used to have a pretty straightforward return process whereby you go into your account hit the return portal and that was more or less it. Now it seems you have to contact them to ask for a return label.

I received an email saying something that I had ordered was out of stock. As an apology, I received a 25% discount code, but I could not redeem it because the link did not work. When I tried to contact customer services, I got no reply. At all. Very disappointed.

This online store is terrible when paying with PayPal. The store doesn't refund the order, but they still charged my PayPal account. Very bad, I wouldn't buy from them again.

I will be being from NFL store in the USA in the future, they delivery withing 10 days and it is not more expensive.

I paid for shipping to receive the item and also for returning it, even though it shouldn’t have been that way.
The return process with UPS is a nightmare.
The package was rejected and sent back because UPS does not provide clear instructions about the documents required for the return shipment.
I tried to purchase the item again in the correct size, but even though a 40% discount was advertised, only 30% was actually applied.

The site was easy to use and I quickly found the item I wanted. My purchase came quickly well packed.

You advertised discounted sales with a special code. But the code only works on selected items, despite no reference on this unit you check out.

Quite dishonest advertising.

I ordered a jersey from your shop. Unfortunately, it was too big, and I simply wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. The customer service I contacted didn’t get back to me for two weeks—actually, for three weeks. When I finally managed to call and reach someone, I was told that the jersey couldn’t be ordered in a smaller size; instead, I would first have to return the old jersey and then place a new order.

The problem was that the jersey would have cost me 40 euros more afterward, because I had originally bought it on sale, and I didn’t want that. So I had to send the jersey back. However, I also had to pay an 8-euro fee for the return because the seller didn’t cover the return costs. For me, that’s an absolute no-go nowadays. As a result, I will definitely never order from this shop again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
