Completely wrong order arrives
Completely wrong order arrives, message chatbot, useless, told to send an e mail, get a contact form in return, no one responds, send another form, told to send a picture, send a picture, no one responds, I call, tell me sorry and will send right order but nothing comes, call again, repeat, call again and still no product. Want me to return the other incorrect product (They sent a WWE belt instead of a NFL top!), send me a link which says I am returning the NFL top that I never received. Truly shocking experience and still haven't received anything.

Do not buy from this store
Do not buy from this store! I ordered a Dallas Cowboys Dak Prescott jersey and needed to return it ( within their return window). I have been told that it cannot be returned as it has print on it and Dallas Cowboys have decided they don't want returns. This is of no relevance as my contract is with the NFL shop but they are still refusing to do anything about it. If you enjoy hassle and appalling service then order from this shop. If not, steer well clear
