The order was split into two shipments, I didn't know about it when ordering. For me, one shipment is better, even if it's a few days later. I don't have to wait for the courier twice. Everything else is OK.

Return problems
The delivery was quick. The products are mostly reached my expectations, but one T-shirt was too big. And there lies the problem. The return process is problematic (perhaps because I'm in Hungary), there is no really help from the part of the webshop (where or how can I drop off the package) or the deliverer. It should be much easier and clearer.

The items coming from the United States…
The items coming from the United States took a very long time. For weeks, I had to go back and forth with UPS about customs, when the customs were paid when I placed the order. If there is an item in the future coming from the United States, I will not place the order. The entire process was long and frustrating.

Wrong number on a jersey
I ordered Lamar Jackson jersey without any extra customization and you sent me his jersey with number 39 on the back instead of number 8 which he wears on the Ravens. I'm very dissapointed

Service at wrong item received
I purchased a custom jersey but received a totally different jersey.
Luckily for them, I didn't need a Jersey here and now, but I went to contact the service center, and got the right jersey later on plus the shipping costs.

Good quality but some of the printing wasn’t straight
Ordered a Baltimore ravens shirt and everything is spot on other than the printed on “Ravens” on the front above the number being slanted which is extremely noticeable and makes the top look fake
