SCAMMER contacted to say haven’t received my payment. Then blocked me. Have had to report to my bank /eumedsonline

I Lost my Mother recently & was struggling to sleep. My GP wanted to prescribe Anti Depressants but i refused as i knew the reason as to why i wasn"t sleeping. I Was skeptical at first but being based in the UK i thought i would take a chance especially as i could pay by my Debit card instead of Bank transfer which scammers use a lot. I Ordered what i needed & was told my medication would be delivered by DSP & i would receive a Code via text to my phone. My parcel arrived within 2 days & gave the delivery driver my Code which he asked for. I Was so pleased with my Medication & would highly recommend PharmXtra.

Took my money before verifiying my ID. Took payment, then asked me to verify my identity. The link to do this doesn't work so they keep emailing me saying the order is on hold. Why on earth would you take my money first? No one responds to my emails so I'm just going to claim the money back with my back. Bunch of charlatans. Order #8000217381

The servixe has went from bad to worse. No point even trying now as you get refused and told to go to your own gp. What’s the point in them if we use them in order to avoid our gp’s?

My order with PharmXtra was placed on 18th June 2026. On 23th June DPD tried to deliver it but, due to a medical emergency here, my husband was not able to access the security pin number quickly and the DPD driver said he'd come back the next day, but didn't. In fact DPD simply returned the package to PharmXtra. I've sent several emails to PharmXtra's help address since then but have received no response other than to say "we'll reply within 2 days". They seem to actively discourage phone calls or emails to specific officers. So if you have a problem with their service it seems they're unwilling to sort it out and you're left with the ultimate option of sending them a formal Breach of Contract letter. Maybe they hope you'll just give up. Some of us won't.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I placed my order on 30 June and, weeks later, I still haven't received it. DPD falsely claimed they attempted delivery and that I had "missed" the driver. That is completely untrue. No delivery was attempted, and no calling card or genuine evidence of an attempted delivery was provided.

What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service from PharmExtra. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update and have been ignored every single time. No response, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue.

As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to chase a company for weeks just to find out where my order is. I have now reached the point where I have no confidence that this company intends to resolve the matter and will be forced to raise a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.

If this is how PharmExtra treats its customers after taking their payment, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Totally fake. Please don’t even try to order anything from there cowboys. Tried a couple of times and nothing. No order received and refund given even though promised. Went through bank to receive money back.
If u have ordered from these a holes go through bank to get money back. Fake reviews, no communication, fake promises just father your money.

Not good, they bombard you offers with large discounts but very inconsistent in providing the actual approval of orders. You need to fill in large details of information and inconsistencies in orders. Much better companies that will provide “meds tomorrow” 😉

This site used to be a great alternative to the traditional route towards medication and they specifically asked you to say you were not registered with a GP in the medical review form. Now that has done a complete 180 and you MUST give your GP practice but not only that, give them permission to talk and discuss your medication with them. This completely destroys the service that it provides. Instead of an alternative route to medication, it is now essentially a very expensive repeat prescription delivery service; and there are much better and cheaper versions of those. So now like other users have said, I was denied my medication request on the basis of talking to my doctor, something I was specifically on the site NOT to do. Not only is this shift in procedure a complete reshaping of the whole website but it is also DANGEROUS to deny medication to people who have been receiving said medication for months or years from the website. This can and will put people in withdrawal from medication that which your GP will tell you, is dangerous to stop suddenly altogether. It is an utter shambles and I think this will spell the end for the site.

AWFUL PATIENT CARE WITH NO REGARDS FOR SAFETY !

I have been ordering regularly and paid a lot of money despite there always being problems with delivery delays then I put in my usual order and it’s refused told to see a doctor you have been prescribing to me for months and without any warning you are suddenly stopping my medication putting me into withdrawal. I can understand a change in policy but you should have warned customers no more would be prescribed to prevent withdrawal ! A lot of people are going to end up very unwell!!!

Everything was great to start with, was able to order regular medication until recently I was refused with no reason, then blocked from ordering again for 23 days, no warning which sent me into withdrawal, after some research there’s multiple people with the same issue looking elsewhere for what they need, pharmxtra have gone downhill within a month and gonna lose a lot of money, I already found somewhere else I’ll take my custom and been referring to others, you take from me and I’ll take from you, no response from them either after 4 days. Don’t even bother trying to use this site anymore

Ye just like others on here have already said "Avoid" they Never deliver on there promised timescale which is dangerous for those of us who use the online pharmacies for our meds. I have myself found somewhere new so if you can make sense of my username it will help guide you to a far more reliable place to turn too (add the number 2 not the number btw)

"Initially I was extremely disappointed due to the lack of communication. My parcel was returned after one missed delivery and I didn't receive any response to several messages for days, which caused a lot of worry. However, the company has now apologised and arranged for the medication to be resent after acknowledging there should have been a second delivery attempt. I'm updating my review to reflect that they have resolved the issue, although I still feel their communication could be improved."

Ordered the medication. Came in a couple days. Unfortunately I missed the delivery (yes my fault) I thought they would try deliver again. Nope it got sent back to them. I've tried to message and call. Even though the website says responds in a few hours no one has replied! I'm £95 down! Waiting so I can do a charge back with the bank! Absolutely SHOCKING customer service.

I don’t think this company will last much longer. It seems to me from my own experience and other reviews, they refuse the supply of medication, If you're forced to wait and get your medicine from your local pharmacy, you won’t need to pay the inflated prices anyway so I don’t see the point of pharma extra’s existence any more.

Site has stopped selling boxes of 100 dihydrocodeine tablets & replaced with max box of 60. Still charging the same price though.

Have been getting my supply from them monthly for a long time. Unfortunately this cash grab has forced me to go elsewhere.

It's a shame because the quality of product, service & dispatch time is excellent.

I wouldn't recommend this site now due to there being cheaper alternatives, shame. ☹️

obviously things have changed started refusing prescriptions even though they have been supplying me for 6 months

The company is genuine and sells genuine meds but sadly it then all goes wrong as they use dpd which are worse than useless,dpd came Friday and I was at work so couldn’t deliver , I answered the ring doorbell and vinnay the driver agreed to redeliver Monday, took the day off work unpaid to wait in all day and vinnay didn’t turn up so I lost a days pay , looked on dpd site and said meds returned to sender so vinnay clearly can’t be bothered to do his job , contacted pharma through email told them the issue to be told my order is being reviewed so 3 more emails sent to pharma to say it’s already been sent out and not delivered but now no answer won’t be using again so bad delivery company and bad customer service

Customer service is awful if there’s a problem and there often is.

I would give zero stars if possible been using this company for a while now refused meds this companys changed and not for the better
