My order was eventually approved on 29 November and on the same day I heard the parcel was expected from your supplier. You gave me a delivery date and the DPD driver left me a note to say He'd... See more

So I placed an order on Friday 26 June…
So I placed an order on Friday 26 June which was yesterday only to receive an email tomorrow saying sorry you have been refused with no reason what so ever now I have been ordering from for quite a while and specially when the company was un EU meds dont no what the hell is going out but I have seen a review about the changing the policy but nothing on there website , dont you think they should email the regular customers to inform that .
Well done
Think they have finally got their operations back up to scratch. Despite still warning customers that shipping is taking a bit longer than usual on the website, they are now managing to get items out and delivered in pretty much next day or the day after. Complete turn around from eumeds 2 years ago...well done to whoevers overseen the transition please just make sure you keep up the good work
Used them for a long time
Used them for a long time. I wasn’t in for delivery which is fairly normal as DPD attempts the next day. Apparently DPD were not allowed re attempt the delivery as Pharmxtra told them not to re attempt. They kept my money and have not responded to multiple emails even though the package was returned to them. Used to be really good, looks like they have switched up and now others are having very similar experiences. Thing is, wouldn’t even mind paying again for postage but it feels the company is now ignoring customers and keeping money and prescriptions. Really unacceptable to not reply to emails given I’ve been using them for a considerable time.
Repeat History of EU Meds
This platform was originally designed for fast and efficient service, and for a while, it truly delivered on that promise. However, there have been an increasing number of delivery hiccups that directly contradict their advertised promises. They still charge customers between £5 and £14.95 for "next-day delivery if you order before 2 PM," yet consistently fail to meet that window.
It also appears their service is now heavily regulated, echoing the shift that eventually happened with EU Meds. The consultation forms now demand GP details and ask why you are using this service instead of your own doctor. This is a massive contradiction considering they constantly send out promo codes, prompt reorders, and advertise themselves on their website as an alternative provider for patients seeking medication.
While I completely understand compliance and regulations, the current setup feels redundant—we might as well just go to our own GPs. The form states that providing GP details is optional, but when I tested this, it wasn't optional at all. If you omit the information, the form prevents you from proceeding. You are then forced to provide a reason for withholding the details, alongside a warning that your consultation may be declined as a result.
Why can't this company just be transparent? If they are mandated to collect these details and intend to contact our GPs, they should explicitly say so. If we are expected to trust this service, they need to be clear about whether they are writing to our doctors. There is no issue with sharing this data, provided everyone—including the customer—is on the same page about informing the GP.
Finally, while the customer service department had initially improved—becoming much more responsive, detailed, and professional—I have noticed a recent slippage back into old habits. Much like the final days of EU Meds, consultations are being refused, refunds are facing long delays, and the telephone helpdesk has been entirely removed. History is repeating itself here, and at this rate, I can see this site being discontinued soon. We really might as well just go directly to our GPs.
Seems like they’ve changed the rules…
Seems like they’ve changed the rules now, you must be registered with a gp surgery now and it says can we contact them, if you put no it will effect the prescriber's decision.
This must of just come in to force as last week it wasn’t like this
Scam
Scam , they tell you one account for payment and then they say it is not the right details
I order from EU meds now PharmXtra for…
I order from EU meds now PharmXtra for more the 1.5 years and suddenly got refused the medication.I have no idea why??I am going on holiday and have not the medication I need.Nightmare!
After reading the reviews I was worried…
After reading the reviews I was worried I wouldn’t get my order this was my first time ordering however everything was fine I placed on Monday I did pay for next day which I didn’t get but it arrived the day after. I have never had a problem with DPD they give you your time slot and deliver in that hour pharmxtra sent me emails and kept me informed till my order arrived.
Ripoff!
Ripoff!! I ordered meds on May 20. It is now June 3 and Nothing. Two weeks. Initially, I received an email from DPD saying they were expecting my order…..on May 21…….then silence. I sent two emails to PharmXtra “support” advising that I had received nothing. I received no response at all. I contacted my bank on May 28 and filed a dispute. Today, my bank emailed me saying that they have credited my account subject to a contest from the vendor. Lo and behold the same day my bank gets involved PharmXtra has sent me an email claiming that it is now sending my medication. The “track” button for my alleged package has been disabled on the email and there is no word from DPD that there is any order at all. Clearly pharmxtra sent a bogus “fulfillment” email two weeks after I placed my order in response to my bank’s involvement. This is a scam outfit which fulfils the first couple of orders then simply takes your cash, ghosts you, and hopes you will not act. I would encourage every conned buyer to dispute the claim with your bank.
By the way, how does an outfit with 26% of all reviews ranking them as 1 star get a 3.8 star rating? The math just doesn’t add up.
I have been using PharmXtra for a while…
I have been using PharmXtra for a while now. Always been fine as I’ve been home to receive my order. I was out twice recently, DPD returned my order to PharmXtra and despite me sending numerous emails - no response! I paid £86 for 14 tablets that I don’t have!! Not impressed at all!!
One star is even too good but have to…
One star is even too good but have to select atleast one.
No parcel & no contact with them. Strongly advise not to order.
Parcel has apparently been received by DPD and no one can “find the parcel”.
Don’t order from them as service is poor trying to get a reply, no way to contact them via phonecall.
Order took nearly a week to get seen to also.
Scammers based in Dubai.
Will not receive a refund either so don’t risk it.
Dont waste your time never respond…
Dont waste your time never respond always fictitious delivery attempts. Total liars. No9ne ever responds to emails. Scam!!!!!!!!
Delivered with a slight delay…
The medicine took about two weeks to arrive largely due to DPD who said they tried to deliver my package on a Sunday but absolutely did not, as we were in all day.
Pharmxtra kindly resent it, so everything was fine.
Thank you Pharmxtra! I will definitely use them again!
Fast delivery always send what I ask…
Fast delivery always send what I ask for tho prices deem to increase and decrease for no reason
I didn’t receive my order and it was…
I didn’t receive my order and it was sent back to PharmXtra. After emailing them a week ago to either get a re delivery or refund, I have been ignored. I have sent a message each day for the past week and they still haven’t responded!! I’ll be contacting my bank and reporting this a scam if no response by close of play today!
Order never received
Order never received. Never left the DPD depot. Have contacted customer service twice and no response.
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. No update as you would expect and no reply to four texts. Also not sure how they can guarantee delivery before bank holiday weekend (3 days hence) when they have orders unfulfilled from 3 weeks back. Sorted but took 4 weeks in total.
Stay Away from Pharmextra and Eeihoe Gum Protect
The Gum Protect product did not come out of the bottle; the bottle didn't squeeze. When, with much effort, I got some out, it tasted like chemicals. I bought a bundle of 3 bottles. When I asked for a refund, it was denied, even for the 2 unopened bottles. I would not trust this company.
I agree with all of you that have…
I agree with all of you that have commented on how unreliable this outfit of a business is. There just modern day criminals only after our money AVOID!
Order delayed
4 starts just for the product
Place the order received the product 3 weeks later.
Customer service very slow.
Will order again just because the product is proper an to be honest and don't have other choices
