Contacted customer service and got reply 4 days later …
Ordered meds which never came, customer service marked my order as delivered sending me Dpd order number as a proof of delivery.
The dpd tracker says my pin protected meds has been received someone name Edward…
Checked parcel number and it appears it was not my order but on pharmxtra web my order has been ticked as delivered even that dpd tracker with my parcel number says parcel still with sender …
Be very careful because the amazing changes they made to improve service will make your wallet slimmer.
Moreover, it looks like something fishy might be going on behind the scenes.
Im leaning towards informing GPhC about all experience and suspected activities of this pharmacy.

Order been stuck at reviewing for over 24 hours. No one has replied on the chat function. Have ordered with no issues twice before but if the service is so inconsistent I will not order again. The process needs to be more reliable if they insist on using such a rigid delivery service with the codes. Even if it is approved in the next day or so I will be back at work and will miss the delivery.

Ordered tablets date of delivery was 18th July DHL medical needed a code waited in all day finally messaged me at 7 30 no delivery today. Then DHL meds sent it back to pharmextra. Contacted them they said delivery was attempted. I asked for a refund and took 24 pounds out of the refund. The law states it is the responsibility of them to ensure delivery is made or full refund should be given. Avoid ordering anything from this company

Prescribed an item by a doctor that is suspended by the general medical council. My prescription identifies Dr Hans Bohumil Werner, GMC 6121709. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service records that his interim suspension was maintained on 18 June 2026.
This is concerning and the company won't contact me.

I have contacted PharmXtra as they haven’t contacted DPD on this matter for my parcel.

You can’t phone I have sent 3 emails to see if they can send a replacement order and nothing, can someone just deal with my order and have it re shipped please?

There was a minor problem with my order, contacted Support on Live Chat and 'Lisandra S' resolved within 5 mins....Happy to order again and will recommend

Pharmxtra approved my order but it didn't ship for a full week when I paid for next day shipping.

However, to be fair to them - they resolved this and sent out another order which did arrive. They made the situation right. Trustworthy company

Would give zero stars if that was an option paid my my medication but nothing arrived i have emailed many times but no response i have had to go to my bank to get my money back via chargeback

Staff went out of their way to help me solve an issue.

Shocking customer service
My tablets arrived obviously tampered with as they were just in an easy to open envelope and then it was stuck back down
18 tablets were missing and PharmXtra weren’t interested
I would urge anyone to open the package whilst the DPD guy still there to see if the package is intact

Ordered medication on Friday morning. Medication was delivered Saturday morning. DPD gave me a one hour delivery slot which they kept to. The whole process was faultless.

THIS SO CALLED COMPANY KEEPS TEXTING MY 9 YEAR OLD CHILD TO BUY DRUGS. The stop sending LINK IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL NOT STOP . Will have to involve the police . BE AWARE!!! From other reviews i have seen they do not send out anything anyway …, scam scam scam
