With all EU orders, it does depend on the country and location on how long the courier can take to deliver. I can see you have been liaising with the Customer Service department who explained that whilst we appreciate the delivery was a little longer than expected, we have no control over how long the courier can take. The warehouse reached out to the shipping team to find out when this will be delivered which was followed up in an email to you the same day.
I have looked at the tracking and can see this has now been delivered so I hope you are pleased with your new purchase!

The shoes look nice overall and the packaging is attractive. On the other hand, it’s a product from China that tries to appear luxurious, but unfortunately, once you notice the glue on the toe of the shoe, it’s clear that this is not a luxury product—it’s more like fancy-looking poor quality. The shoes are definitely not worth the price they’re being sold for, which is a shame, because if they were well-made, they would actually be very nice shoes. It also seems like one shoe is slightly bigger than the other.
